Event Producer


£40,000 - £45,000

Our client are a high-end boutique events agency, who are looking for an Senior Events Producer to join them - they are looking for someone who prides themselves on their creativity, attention to detail and passion for delivering amazing experiences. The ideal candidate must have experience of managing large budgets (£1/2mil+) in an agency that focusses on private client events.  The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in end-to-end events both nationally and internationally, strong project management experience, strong event direction & production skills, be highly organised, flexible and have the ability to work the necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. You will be creative, polished and used to working in a close knit agency environment. Experience working with high profile and high net worth clients would be desirable. Project Coordinator

Looking for a Project Coordinator to join this leading London-based agency.  Ideally you will have some hands on events experience gained in an agency environment, however the key here is attitude, drive, personality, attitude, enthusiasm, a real desire to get your events career moving, attitude and a confident and outgoing nature.  And attitude.  You will learn about technical and creative aspects of event production, learn about virtual event platforms, help manage project deliverables and coordinate all team comms and onsite requirements.  You will also support the CEO and Director with diary management, admin, conducting research and management of ad hoc projects.  


Senior Producer

Executive Producer

Charity Events Manager

Technical Production Manager

London / Home Working

Technical Production Manager needed for global comms agency based in central London.  We are looking for someone with experience of managing webinars, livestreams, live/hybrid events from start to finish including supporting speakers, panellists and presenters with technical help and set up. This person will manage the events production studio ensuring that all kit is up to date and will set up, host and run Zoom / Teams / webinars.  You will need to have working experience of video mixing and streaming applications including applying graphics for live production and also have good technical knowledge of lighting, video and audio.  If you think the above describes your experience we would love to hear from you!  Salary  approx. £35-40K (DOE).

You will be involved in the development, management and delivery of a range of association events as well as working on wider projects with internal teams. This is a great opportunity to step up to a new level of responsibility, work on a variety of association events and work with an internationally recognised association. Experience within an association's/ membership body events team and event delivery is essential; and working closely with councils would give you an advantage! Salary DOE £23-24k. 

11 month contract (through to June 2022)

Content, Sponsorship & Event Manager

London / Remote

£40,000-£43,000 (DOE) pro rata + excellent benefits

The role will involve a mix of event management and production (researching programme topics, identifying speakers) of a variety of events including conferences, meetings, dinners & seminars; communicating research, papers, industry updates etc.  to both members & non-members.  This role would suit someone who can execute end to end planning/project management with strong communication skills, an eye for detail, the ability to build relationships and ideally someone with a membership organisation background.  European languages and familiarity of CRM systems desirable but not essential.   So if you have significant corporate event management experience and are an enthusiastic team player wanting a new challenge, then get in touch today….
