Are you an experienced Event Manager/Co-ordinator who loves working in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and who is confident working autonomously without close supervision?


I have a fantastic opportunity with a global brand in the world of aesthetic beauty who are looking for someone to support them in planning and scheduling a vast range of live events including training events, internal company meetings, consumer events and distributor meetings at venues across Europe.  You'll work closely with international marketing and country teams and third party suppliers to ensure all activities are delivered to schedule and within budget.  Designing promotional materials and promoting the brand and events across social media channels is an integral part of the role.

Have excellent communication skills - verbal and written

Be highly organised and proactive in follow up

In the early stages, this role would be home-based but shortly will be based in offices in central London.
