Our client is a forward thinking, award winning and dynamic association looking for an Event Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.  Working with the fantastic Event Manager and Senior Event Manager, you will provide hands-on coordination support across their events portfolio which is truly varied and includes: multi day conferences, corporate parties, residentials, gala dinners etc.  As an Event Coordinator, you will work closely with the team to support from start to finish including liaising with the committees and industry experts,  pulling together event ideas, souring venues and suppliers, building strong communication with delegates, supporting on event logistics including event marketing and being hands on with event delivery (across the UK). This forward thinking association is looking for a bubbly, passionate and keen to learn graduate (or similar) who will take ownership in their role, absorb information and want to progress in their career (including building responsibility and ownership over your own events).

 

This role is London based, with hybrid working. They are offering £24-28k DOE. We are looking for a graduate with either events or administration experience - the more the merrier!

With the success of their training portfolio, this association is now looking for a Training & Events Coordinator to join the training team. With this, you will be working on the growth, development and coordination of the training courses on offer within the association.

 

This will be a busy role where you will take ownership over training courses & events. You will work closely with the training course committee (attending meetings/ liaising with the experts to understand what they are looking for), be the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (including mailbox management), manage the delegate experience, creating & uploading marketing copy besides all event logistics. This is a fantastic 360 role where you will be involved in all elements of the training programmes including their development.

 

This client is looking for someone who has training (education) course experience as well as someone who has been involved in event logistics and marketing plans. We are looking for a candidate who is highly organised, has excellent written and communication skills and is able to juggle multiple projects at once. To be successful in your application, you will need to have experience of working within a membership body or training course organisation.
