Global B2B commercial events company looking for an Event Coordinator  to join their team due to growth. The role will see you managing the logistics of all your allocated projects (approx 4 - 8 events annually) and events including B2B conferences, roundtable webinars and more - a mix of virtual events, hybrid projects and in-person experiences. Key parts of the role will be speaker liaison, sponsor relationship management (ensuring smooth delivery of packages sold by the sponsorship team), supplier negotiation, budget management & producing production schedules, team briefings and project plans. The right person for this role will be extremely presentable and display exceptional communication skills with the ability to relate to a variety of people on different levels. You must be educated to Degree level (at least 2:1 and strong High school academics is also important), work well under pressure, thrive of processes whilst being strong at detail and  have a genuine passion for delivering events.  A great opportunity to join a fantastic team (they really are!) with good progression and a supportive and fun company culture.

Global B2B commercial events company looking for a Project Assistant to join their team due to growth. The assistant to the Project Management team is a hands on role which plays an integral part in supporting the team's delivery of both client-led projects and large-scale events. At the moment, these are all digital, but they are developing their integrated campaign and in-person offering. The department is busy and growing, offering an exciting opportunity to gain experience in project managing the creation of a breadth of media, including webinars, reports, infographics and roundtables, as well as large scale events. This role will play a crucial role in the end-to-end delivery process, working closely with wider teams and supporting where required. The role will see you liaising with speakers/clients, general administration (including creating event collateral & sending calendar invites), producing schedules/timelines, live chat management, Q&A/polling moderation, writing/scheduling/sending email notifications & reporting. If you are a motivated self-starter educated to Degree level (with strong High School academics too), have extreme attention to detail, have exceptional communication skills and words such as organised and diligent come up when describing yourself then this could be a good fit for you.

Our international conferencing client is looking for a proactive and confident Virtual & Live Event Executive to join their team. They currently have a busy virtual events calendar, however live events will return later in the year, with a hybrid element to some. This is a logistics focused role, so you will be working closely with internal teams, delegates, sponsors and speakers to deliver the best event experience possible. You will need experience working on Virtual Event Portals, creating conference documentation including post event evaluations, supplier negotiations, budget involvement, PO management and onsite set up when live events are allowed again.

 

This is a great, hands on role for a logistics events professional to work on a mix of virtual and live events. Salary DOE £25k.
