Are you a graduate with live and/or virtual event experience looking for a fantastic Events Coordinator role? Our association client based in London is looking for a passionate and proactive events professional to join their events team on a permanent basis. As it's a small team, you will be working across a range of projects; from start to finish! Working closely with committees to understand requirements, venue & supplier sourcing and negotiating, registration and delegate management, website updates, brief the marketing team, proof reading event collateral, being a key point of contact for event communications, budget input and being onsite for delivery of events. Salary for this role DOE up to £24k (starting salary). This role can be London based, or split with WFH.

You will be involved in the development, management and delivery of a range of association events as well as working on wider projects with internal teams. This is a great opportunity to step up to a new level of responsibility, work on a variety of association events and work with an internationally recognised association. Junior Logistics Manager

Fancy working with a global leader in events/experiences?  We are seeking a Junior Logistics Manager to join their expanding team and work on around 10 major global projects per year. These will include PR / media events, product launches, internal comms events, immersive digital projects and global shows.  You will need to have solid experience of working on global events - automotive events experience would be fab - current knowledge of hotels, venues, caterers etc and experience of producing proposals, presentations and budget management.  Needless to say you will need to have meticulous attention to detail, have a real can-do attitude and not be averse to global travel.  You will also work very closely with data and reg teams to ensure guest requirements are captured and managed appropriately.

Our exciting agency client is currently looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and delightful Account Executive to join their close knit team. You will be hands on in supporting the team across all project elements as well as owning your own smaller events. You will be involved in developing content, exploring creative ideas for proposals, inputting into budgets, supplier sourcing, stakeholder communication, attend client meetings, conduct site visits and support on end to end logistics as well as being onsite.
