RCR is a young and vibrant agency offering recruitment services to the events and communications sectors.

We have been recruiting event specialists since 2006 and in 2019 we set up our USA event recruitment arm focusing predominantly on the East Coast area around New York. More recently we set up our communications recruitment arm.

We are ex-event or ex-comms specialists ourselves and believe this is vital to our success, as is the fact that we interview our candidates fully before registering. We strive to understand skills, ambitions, drives and get to know our candidates so that we can provide a first class recruitment service taking into account skills, culture and personality fit.

We supply event and communications professionals to agencies, corporates and the ‘not for profit’ sector, on either a permanent or on a freelance / contract basis.
