The must have for this role is agency experience and if applying for the producer role you will need to have solid experience as the project lead - end to end.

Although they operate mainly in the B2C space - if you just have B2B you will be absolutely be considered as long as the skills/projects translate well to what they do (i.e. activation/brand experience).

 

Salary bands:

Producer - £40k - £55K

Their office is based in Shoreditch - hybrid policy is 3 days a week.

Brand new agency client who are experts in creating unforgettable live event experiences are on the lookout for a Project Manager. As a full-service creative events agency they deliver end-to-end event solutions-from concept and production through to event registration and post-event de-brief. With more than two decades of experience and multiple industry awards, this team have built a reputation for pushing creative boundaries while becoming trusted partners to their clients.

 

In this role, you will take full ownership of client events from initial brief through to delivery and post-event debrief. You'll manage project teams, oversee logistics and budgets, and maintain strong client and supplier relationships while ensuring every event runs seamlessly onsite. Working across a range of event formats including conferences and incentives, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact experiences while maintaining strong commercial performance.

 

The ideal candidate will bring at least four years' event agency experience, excellent project and financial management skills, and the ability to produce detailed, creative proposals. You'll be confident managing multiple projects, knowledgeable about venues across London, the UK and Europe, and comfortable working with clients and suppliers face-to-face.

Salary is £32k - £45K experience dependent. Their office is based in central London with a hybrid policy of 3 days a week.
