They are now looking for a Delegate Registration Manager to take ownership of delegate management across an exciting portfolio of UK and international corporate events.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become the go-to expert for all aspects of delegate registration, ensuring every attendee enjoys a seamless experience from initial registration through to onsite check-in. You'll manage multiple event registrations simultaneously, building and maintaining registration websites in Cvent, overseeing delegate communications, producing client reporting, managing registration data and leading onsite registration operations across the UK and internationally.

We're looking for someone with at least three years' experience within an events agency or similar fast-paced environment, with strong delegate management experience across corporate events such as conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners or incentive travel. You'll have hands-on experience using registration platforms, ideally Cvent. You'll be confident working with data, building strong client relationships and remaining calm under pressure, particularly during live events.

As a Senior Project Manager you will be at the heart of their operations - delivering medium to large scale events that inspire and engage. You'll manage every detail from proposal/pitch stage to onsite delivery, supported by an ambitious and creative team that turns ideas into reality. You'll take ownership of your projects, collaborating with top-tier clients, venues, and suppliers across the UK and internationally.
