We are searching for a Delegate & Technology Manager who lives and breathes all things registration & event technology. You will be working closely with the client to understand their requirements, whilst opening their eyes to new developments to enhance experience. Our fantastic PCO events agency client is searching for TWO amazing Project Manager to join their team based in London!

In this role, you will be working closely with the client and Project Directors from briefing through to delivery. You'll be leading on elements of each large conference shaped puzzle including: programme & abstract management, speakers liaison, exhibition & event logistics, registration & the delegate experience, onsite for build & delivery, and post event round ups. Additionally, you will also take the lead on smaller events - so we are searching for a Project Manager who has lead on conferences from start to finish.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Event Operations Manager to take the lead on the planning and delivery of two annual, large-scale outdoor events.

This is a key operational role, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex, high-volume events from initial planning through to live event execution.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Yard Manager to join an established design and build company who deliver bespoke projects for an enviable list of clients in the events world. The company provides full scale fit outs including customized hard-walling, fabrication, furniture, staging, lighting etc within a design consultancy framework.

Given the specialist materials and services the company provides it is seeking an individual familiar with such an environment. This role will work closely with Project Managers on the individual requirements of each job to manage the specification, including build oversight. Candidates will therefore have an understanding of scenic (basic wood working), fabrication and finishing (painting). Candidates should also be experienced in managing stock in a warehouse capacity including regular maintenance of equipment and materials where appropriate.

This is a full time position based at the company's offices in the beautiful Hampshire/Sussex borders. In the main working hours will be 8am-5pm Mon to Fri with the occasional requirement to be on site for event delivery.

Candidates will possess a full UK drivers license and ideally a forklift drivers license.

Being a strong communicator is key as you will be dealing with multiple stakeholders at every level and you will ideally have line management experience too as there is 1 x direct line report into this role (an events assistant).
