We are searching for a "seasoned events professional" to join our leading global law firm client as their new HEAD OF EVENTS! This is a very exciting opportunity, and one which does not come around often!


This is a super friendly and supportive team, who produce a really nice mix of global events including conferences, thought leadership events, dinners, receptions, corporate hospitality at third party events & other ad hoc events both internally and externally.  This is both a hands on (end to end/ delivery) and strategic role, with lots of scope to develop. As the events lead, you will be taking full responsibility of the events portfolio (allocating events/ signing off/ leading on large scale event delivery), managing multi million pound budgets, supporting on event content and communications, and reporting to senior stakeholders on successes and developments.  We are looking for someone with real gravitas who can manage and influence stakeholders, whilst being able to look ahead to develop the events calendar (maximising brand awareness and engagement) and the events team. Event Administrator

Great opportunity to join an exciting global event management agency who are looking for an Event Administrator or graduate with people-facing and office experience. The role is varied, as are the events they are managing, ranging from fully virtual, to hybrid events, to in person, face-to-face events. Working closely to support the event management team, your responsibilities will include event data entry, event admin, general office admin, liaising and being primary point of contact with delegates and travel agents, post event analysis and delegate feedback.


This role will be suitable for someone who is passionate about delivering high quality events and going above and beyond to ensure that delegates have an exceptional experience before and after their events.

Exciting opportunity to join a London based financial services business who are seeking a senior Event Executive to join their team to cover a maternity leave.  Working on a mix of proprietary events (including dinners, seminars, roadshows and hospitality events) and attendance / presence at 3rd party events (typically large conferences), this role will suit a candidate with end to end experience including strategy development, logistics and marketing.  You will be involved in venue searching (UK and overseas), engaging and contracting suppliers, maintaining guest lists, being onsite for events, budget management and post event analysis.  This is a really exciting role, working as part of a great but small team, and would suit someone who is passionate about events and someone with great communication skills.  Please note there is international travel involved in this role (probably 5-6 long haul events over a 12 month period lasting approx. 5 days each).

Events Coordinator

Great new opportunity to join a large corporate client who are looking for an experienced Event Coordinator for a 1-year initial contract.  Working on a real mix of events across EMEA, including congresses, incentives, conferences and smaller bespoke events, this role will involve international travel and you will be responsible for ensuring excellent delegate experience and high-level attendee satisfaction at all events.  You will help with delegate communications, prepare invitation lists and assist with administration on larger events, and additionally, you will lead the end-to-end event management on some smaller EMEA events.  This really is a great opportunity to get stuck in and develop your experience in international events.  You will need to have had broad events experience working globally across a range of event types, both large and small, face-to-face, hybrid and virtual. We are looking for an individual who has a positive and strong 'customer first' mindset.
