Event Manager

We are working with a great London venue who are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join their growing team.  As Event Manager, you will take events from concept through to delivery and work on a huge range of events such as live music, live sport, exhibitions and corporate bookings.  The ideal candidate will have solid experience gained in a multi-purpose venue which caters for large audience numbers and ideally one with a music focus.  Experience of running large budgets and managing contractors and suppliers is essential.

Your responsibilities will include the delivery of EMEA meetings, events, seminars and conferences in live, hybrid and virtual formats. You will have good end to end events experience and be comfortable managing large budgets and working with senior stakeholders. Experience of running a range of virtual events would be highly desirable. Our commercial conferencing client is looking for an experienced Head of Conferences & Events to join the team in this new position. With this, you will be Line Managing a small team, whilst being responsible for logistically delivery international B2B conferences. You must have existing experience leading a team & reporting to SLT/ Board members, strong budget management, venue & supplier sourcing, negotiating & contracting experience, happy being a main point of contact for VIP sponsors, speakers & delegates and be happy to be working on lots of events at once. This company as a high volume of small - medium sized conferences, so experience in a similar environment is essential! Salary DOE £40-45k + Commission. You will be London based once the team is back in the office.


Project / Event Coordinator

Global B2B commercial events company looking for an Event Coordinator  to join their team due to growth. The role will see you managing the logistics of all your allocated projects (approx 4 - 8 events annually) and events including B2B conferences, roundtable webinars and more - a mix of virtual events, hybrid projects and in-person experiences. Key parts of the role will be speaker liaison, sponsor relationship management (ensuring smooth delivery of packages sold by the sponsorship team), supplier negotiation, budget management & producing production schedules, team briefings and project plans. The right person for this role will be extremely presentable and display exceptional communication skills with the ability to relate to a variety of people on different levels. Project Assistant / Administrator

Global B2B commercial events company looking for a Project Assistant to join their team due to growth. The assistant to the Project Management team is a hands on role which plays an integral part in supporting the team's delivery of both client-led projects and large-scale events. At the moment, these are all digital, but they are developing their integrated campaign and in-person offering. The department is busy and growing, offering an exciting opportunity to gain experience in project managing the creation of a breadth of media, including webinars, reports, infographics and roundtables, as well as large scale events. This role will play a crucial role in the end-to-end delivery process, working closely with wider teams and supporting where required. The role will see you liaising with speakers/clients, general administration (including creating event collateral & sending calendar invites), producing schedules/timelines, live chat management, Q&A/polling moderation, writing/scheduling/sending email notifications & reporting. If you are a motivated self-starter educated to Degree level (with strong High School academics too), have extreme attention to detail, have exceptional communication skills and words such as organised and diligent come up when describing yourself then this could be a good fit for you.

Digital Project Manager/Producer

Detail orientated and strong Digital Project Manager/Producer with a solid agency background, needed to start asap full time until the end of September on a key project in the TECH sector (possibility of an extension after the initial 6 months of working).  Up to £350 per day.  Responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership of event site timeline 
  • Ownership of event site budget
  • Ownership of event site line items within the status 
  • Liaison between the development team and creative team 
  • Lead client comms on event site - managing briefs and amends 
  • Review wires/designs/amends against staging link before sharing with client - very keen eye for detail
  • This role will be supported by a content manager, digital lead and design team

Customer Manager

Our international conferencing client is looking for a proactive and confident Virtual & Live Event Executive to join their team. They currently have a busy virtual events calendar, however live events will return later in the year, with a hybrid element to some. This is a logistics focused role, so you will be working closely with internal teams, delegates, sponsors and speakers to deliver the best event experience possible. You will need experience working on Virtual Event Portals, creating conference documentation including post event evaluations, supplier negotiations, budget involvement, PO management and onsite set up when live events are allowed again.


This is a great, hands on role for a logistics events professional to work on a mix of virtual and live events. Salary DOE £25k.
