This global communications agency really are one of the best. They have enjoyed some really fast growth these last few years (from a team of 10 to nearly 100 in 5 years!) and pride themselves on their warm and energising culture which is rooted in support, creativity and belonging. They are on the lookout for two event producers to deliver internal engagement programmes and live events for their corporate client base.

 

This is a full 360° role focused on creative content, messaging, and storytelling (not logistics). You'll be responsible for developing clear, compelling messaging strategies and shaping engaging narratives across a variety of channels and formats. You'll work closely with internal creative teams-including design, video, digital, and copy-as well as directly with clients to bring ideas to life in the form of live events, internal campaigns, leadership meetings, virtual and in-person events, training programmes, digital activations and exhibition projects. This position sits at the centre of activity, requiring you to manage multiple projects, build strong client relationships, and bring a high level of creativity and attention to detail to every piece of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistical Management: Oversee critical event elements such as venue sourcing, F&B management, production management, external supplier coordination, speaker management, and technical production
  • Delegate Experience: Collaborate with the Delegate Engagement team to ensure first-class delegate experience across all event formats, utilizing innovative event technology and optimizing engagement at every touchpoint.
  • Brand Execution: Ensure the company brand is prominently showcased at flagship events, focusing on engaging formats and delivering market-leading insights.

 

They are looking for a solid event manager who is customer focussed with experience in delivering end to end conferences. You MUST have solid experience in managing high quality complex production focussed events from planning to execution. Attention to detail is an absolute deal breaker, you must have this in abundance! Experience in delegate management platforms is also key.

 

Salary for this one is £40k - £45K with great benefits (inc medical insurance, bonus and good pension). They are based in Hertfordshire with a hybrid model of 2 days a week.
