A fantastic opportunity has just come in for a PROJECT DIRECTOR to join an international events agency. In this role you will be responsible for large scale self-funded congress events which include complex event programmes. You will be responsible for the overall success and client satisfaction, day to day project management including budget management/ reporting/ project plans/ deadline management, delivering on creative vision, work closely with delegate management/ sales/ sponsorship/ marketing teams to ensure all elements are on track and maximising profitability, onsite delivery and post event reporting and development. This is a fantastic role for someone with PCO, large scale commercial conferencing or Congress (agency side) experience. Experience across live, virtual and hybrid event is also essential. Salary for this role DOE £45-50k with hybrid working options (London office base).

Senior Events Project Manager

Our fantastic international agency client is currently looking for an experienced Senior Events Project Manager to join their team based in London. This truly is a wonderful role within a great events agency who look after their team! In this role you will be working across a range of client projects including exhibition stand builds, brand conferences, live events and digital projects. As an experienced events SPM, you must be able to manage complex medium - large event projects, full budget management, oversee junior team members & their projects, be happy to liaise directly with the client (not full account management), liaise with internal and external teams besides being able to deliver internationally. We are looking for an events SPM who comes from a similar events agency with international experience, who is a confident self-motivated and driven individual; ideally with experience across a range of softwares/systems such as Procim. Experience with Pharmaceutical accounts is a benefit!

Salary DOE £38-45k, with a good WFH/ office based split is on offer to the right candidate.
