We are working with a great agency who are seeking someone to support their team with delegate management across a variety of events from incentives, conferences, awards and more in the UK & internationally.

 

The team primarily work from home and meet in their London office every couple of weeks so you would need to be within a reasonable distance to commit to this as well as being required to travel to events as and when required.

 

To be considered for this role, you must have delegate management experience including CVENT and ideally agency experience.

 

This is a fulltime role and the salary on offer is £27-32,000 DOE with great benefits and we are looking for someone to start ASAP!

This is a standout opportunity for a senior-level professional with deep corporate experience who can shape and deliver a strategic events programme aligned to business growth, client engagement, and brand positioning. They are now looking for a Senior Project Executiveto support the delivery of an exciting portfolio of UK and international corporate events. Working alongside experienced Project Managers/Senior Project Managers, you'll play a key role in bringing events to life from initial enquiry through to onsite delivery. You'll be involved in every stage of the event journey, supporting proposal creation, venue sourcing, supplier liaison, delegate management, logistics, budgeting and onsite event delivery. This is a varied, hands-on role. You'll build strong relationships with clients, venues, suppliers and destination management companies while developing excellent product knowledge across UK and overseas destinations. Experience using delegate management platforms such as Cvent would be highly advantageous.

As a Senior Project Manager you will be at the heart of their operations - delivering medium to large scale events that inspire and engage. You'll manage every detail from proposal/pitch stage to onsite delivery, supported by an ambitious and creative team that turns ideas into reality. You'll take ownership of your projects, collaborating with top-tier clients, venues, and suppliers across the UK and internationally.
