Your responsibilities will include the delivery of EMEA meetings, events, seminars and conferences in live, hybrid and virtual formats. You will have good end to end events experience and be comfortable managing large budgets and working with senior stakeholders. Experience of running a range of virtual events would be highly desirable. Investment banking experience would be a definite advantage.

We are working with a fantastic agency who are looking for an experienced Account Director (or a Senior Account Manager ready for a step up) to join their UK based teams delivering seriously cool brand projects!

 

Working as a senior team member, you will have full responsibility for managing a range of client accounts (client servicing and project delivery internationally). Responsible for the delegate management piece for large scale congresses including inbox management, candidates will possess the following: 

  • Pharmaceutical experience, ideally congresses, from either an agency, DMC or in-house (Pharma) background is essential.
  • Capable of designing and developing registration sites using registration platforms such as CVENT and Eventsair.
  • Strong communication skills and experience of managing suppliers / client liaison.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Some exposure to managing budgets / financial responsibility.
  • Competent with statistics and reporting.
  • A collaborative team player but also very capable of taking the initiative.
  • Experience of mentoring junior team members.
