We are looking for an experienced Events Coordinator to join this close-knit London based association events team. This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain lots of responsibility, learn from experienced colleagues and take ownership over your own events whilst supporting on larger/ more complex association events. The majority of the role will include webinar events across the globe, and you will be expected to support on budget management, detailed event plans and managing relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, CVENT experience is a must to build and maintain events on registration platform. In short, we are looking for a proactive, experienced and highly detailed event professional. This hybrid role (1 day pw in the office) is based in London but will include occasionally national and international travel.

This forward-thinking agency is looking for an experienced producer with a creative mindset to help them WOW their fantastic, international big brand clients. They produce and deliver complex, large scale (budgets over £1m) live staged conferences, big exhibition builds and a variety of other projects internationally. All have a big technology involvement as every event so an interest in incorporating exciting new technology is a must! As a Senior Producer you will be working closely with key clients from proposal through to event delivery - you will lead on design and content and work with internal teams to ensure your vision is brought to life. Salary DOE £55-65k + great benefits. This is a hybrid working environment with great flexibility. Experience at Producer or SP level at an events agency is essential, as is experience delivering large scale, staged events!

This is a senior role within the Production team and our client is looking for a candidate with proven project management experience gained in a scenic capacity. You'll have a good working knowledge of current scenic and exhibition construction methods, equipment and practices as well as integrations between technology and scenic elements. Leading a team of talented Project Managers and Coordinators you'll also have excellent leadership skills imparting your knowledge and experience to mentor and develop others. This is an all-encompassing role within the delivery team and our client is looking for a proven candidate with a broad skill set. Our client's Producers can expect to lead on the development, production and delivery of all elements within their more complex and/or creatively led projects, from conception to execution. Reporting into the Project Director, they will work alongside the Account Leads, providing hands-on project management support which can range from developing concepts and ideas, assisting with the production and delivery of proposals and pitches, overseeing production and operations, directing staff and coordinating production, creative and/or live show aspects. You'll have extensive production knowledge and will be very comfortable scoping technical and scenic requirements, briefing and managing content creation and scripting, building show flows, integrating technology, and lining up and communicating with creatives.

You will ideally either come from an inhouse environment (brand or corporate) or a corporate events agency. Salary DOE £70-80k pro rata + great benefits. This role is London based.
