Our client is looking for someone with experience of venue sourcing to join their team, you will be working with a range of clients on UK & international events. You will have the chance to travel and can expect to be onsite at some exciting events assisting the team.

 

For this role you must have prior experience in venue sourcing, writing proposals and be confident negotiating contracts. This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home.

Well this is a brilliant opportunity. If you have solid C-vent experience and want to join a global private equity firm then this one is for you!

This role will see you supporting on high end investor meetings, dinners, cocktail parties, conferences - globally (you will get the chance to go onsite, so some travel will be involved). Building event websites, managing registrations, venue sourcing, maintaining the events calendar and general events admin will all be under your remit and much more!

Significant C-vent experience is the deal breaker here so you must have this, but our client doesn't mind if you have built this up in an inhouse team or agency side. So if you are working in an agency and starting to think that working client side might be for you then this is an absolute gem of an opportunity.

Salary is circa £35K and the role is hybrid - 3 days a week in the office (central London), 2 days WFH.

As this role focuses on the administration for the events & marketing team, we are looking for a detail orientated person, who enjoys building relationships with the people around them.

 

Salary for this role DOE £28-35k. Ideally you will have corporate marketing or events experience - agency or corporate side. This role is 3 days per week in the London office and 2 days pw WFH.
