Account Director

London (3 days a week office based) / Home Working

My brand experience agency client is looking for an Account Director to join their growing team and be the primary interface between clients and the agency.  You'll gain a deep understanding of the client businesses and develop strong relationships with key members of the client team.  Taking the lead on brand activations, product launches, awards, exhibition stands, shopping centre activations and other experiential events the AD puts forward creative experiential proposals that are relevant to the client's business challenges and deliverable to the highest standard by the agency. You will over see the project delivery, critical path and budget and ensure your client is appraised throughout the schedule.  Based London with 3 days a week office based / 2 days work from home.


Project Coordinator

Great opportunity to join an exciting global event management agency who are looking for a confident Project Coordinator. Working closely to support the event management team, your responsibilities will include, day to day liaison with third parties, including hotel/venue, AV suppliers and DMCs as well as on-site responsibilities and post event responsibilities (reconciliations). This role will be suitable for someone who is passionate about delivering high quality events and going above and beyond to ensure that clients and delegates have an exceptional experience at their events. You will have experience in managing event budgets and managing on-site teams and suppliers as well as being good at decision-making, having excellent interpersonal skills and having a positive approach and attitude. This role will be split between remote working and their London office.

Conference Logistics Coordinator

London / WFH Split

We are on the look out for a fabulous CONFERENCE LOGISTICS COORDINATOR to join our commercial conferencing client until end of June 2023 (potential this could go perm too!). You will be working in the international events team, managing your own UK based conferences (up to 300 pax) from start to finish including speaker management, sponsorship deliverables, project timeline management, budgets etc and onsite delivery. In addition, you will be supporting on larger events with the opportunity to travel internationally.


For this role, you will need to come from an events environment where you are delivering busy conferences. Strong logistics experience is essential as you will be jumping in to support a busy team. This is a great FTC which can lead to exciting future opportunities for the right candidate. This role will be based in London 3 days per week, WFH 2 days pw. Salary DOE £30-35k.  ASAP start, however, a notice period will be considered (4 weeks max).


Sport Events Coordinator

You will tasked with planning and delivering sports participation events from start to finish including onsite delivery. Reward & Travel Logistics Manager

Our industry leading client is looking for a REWARDS & TRAVEL LOGISTICS MANAGER to join their team in Yorkshire. With this, you will be managing group airline, travel & accommodation bookings to support the Rewards Projects the agency delivers. This fantastic role will also include onsite delivery (internationally), line management and the freedom to really make this role your own. As part of the role, you will build strong relationships with suppliers, research ways to develop attendee experience as well as new reward & recognition ideas, meticulously plan all logistics, and be a key point of contact for participants.


Experience working in the travel industry (event/ business travel) is essential for this one. £28-30k DOE + fantastic range of benefits and discretionary bonus.
