Event Coordinator / Event Manager

Great opportunity to join an exciting global event management agency who are looking for a confident Event Coordinator/Event Manager to satisfy the on-going needs of the company and its clients. Working closely to support the Event Manager, your responsibilities will include, day to day liaison with third parties, including hotel/venue, AV suppliers and DMCs as well as on-site responsibilities and post event responsibilities (reconciliations). This role will be suitable for someone who is passionate about delivering high quality events and going above and beyond to ensure that clients and delegates have an exceptional experience at their events. You will have experience in virtual meeting technology, managing event budgets and managing on-site teams and suppliers as well as being good at decision-making, having excellent interpersonal skills and having a positive approach and attitude. This role will be split between remote working and their London office.

Senior Event Logistics Manager

This is a critical role within the business working to promote and create training programmes for all global and London Partners. You will be responsible for venue and accommodation booking, providing onsite and virtual support, managing attendees, liaising with trainers, production and distribution of materials and controlling the budget. The role will ideally suit an individual with a strong event background, who has some experience in a professional services environment.

We are working with a leading brand based in London who are looking for an experienced HEAD OF PRODUCTION to join their team. In this role you will line manage a small team as well as the freelancers whilst working across a large variety of projects which can include anything from brand pops ups, launches & public events through to large scale set & scene design builds. With this you will liaise with internal and external teams to build proposals (including advising on restrictions/ complexities), brief the technical team for drawings, sourcing and work closely with external suppliers, budget manage and be responsible for the production elements from start to finish. No two days will be the same in this role, so it is essential the person coming into this role enjoys the variety and fast paced environment.  It is essential this candidate comes from an agency environment or large scale venue which delivers a large variety of events (this is not a corporate event environment).
