Event Project Manager


£250-£300 per day

We are looking for an outstanding Event Project Manager to join our global banking client on a 6 month maternity cover contract! This is a fantastic role for someone with strong EMEA experience, delivering conferences, business meetings and corporate events within a PROFESSIONAL SERVICES environment. You will be working on events with 500-1000+ delegates (lots at C suite level), so strong delegate and VIP management is essential alongside EMEA venue knowledge, working with procedures and guidelines and budget management of £1-5m+.  Throughout this contract, you will be a senior level member of the team, so you will be bringing your experience and jumping into a busy events calendar. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bubbly, professional and dedicated events professional! Day rate of £250-300pd. London based, with international travel.


Senior Events Producer


£50,000-£60,000 (DOE) + excellent benefits

We are looking for a creative SENIOR EVENTS PRODUCER to join our international brand events agency in Surrey! In this fantastic role, you will be taking ownership over projects start to finish (product launches, brand events, conferences etc); using your fantastic client skills to really understand their brand and campaigns, work closely with the production teams, design and deliver complex projects, project manage throughout, budget manage and be onsite to ensure the team are delivering impressive, unique experience events for the clients! You must be confident in managing budgets of at least £1m, and be able to demonstrate a range of impressive events you have producers (a portfolio would be great!). Event specific experience is essential for this role!

Marketing and Venue Relations Manager

I have a fantastic entry-level opportunity for an eager Sales Executive looking to join a creative events agency in West London who produce and execute a range of exciting consumer events and festivals. Working to targets you will be responsible for selling stand space at the events, targeting both existing clients and sourcing relevant new clients to trade at the events. You will create bespoke investment opportunities and input ideas to grow the events revenue in conjunction with the wider events team. In addition, there is a requirement to get involved with assisting on pre-event tasks and onsite delivery for the different events as well as attend competitor events to gain ideas and meet new traders. Roadshow & Events Executive

This is a great role which sits within the BD Marketing & Communications Team and will see you planning the logistics & delivery of their conference & roadshow programme all over the UK as well as support the events team with the annual Events programme across the entire group. The role will see you working directly with stakeholders, taking internal briefs, liaising with speakers, managing  the invitation process, looking after online registration, organising all logistics, negotiating with suppliers, onsite management & owning budgets. This is a process driven role & will suit someone who thrives off being organised & loves event admin! Strong communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with stakeholders on a variety of different levels & the ability to build strong relationships is key. Previous event logistics & administration experience in a financial services environment is a must have. You must be experienced in managing and developing a team and conducting staff appraisals, be financially astute and confident in developing strategies to deliver attendance, sponsorship and financial targets, possess excellent negotiating and diplomacy skills and be used to managing Committees.

Senior Sourcing Specialist

An articulate and highly personable candidate is required to join this leading global events agency as Senior Sourcing Specialist.  Your role will include researching venues, preparing and communicating budgetary information, utlising preferred suppliers, negotiate rates and contracts to meet with saving expectations, maintain positive supplier relationships, coordinate site inspections with suppliers and clients, develop and maintain relationships with clients and keep abreast of new destinations and their offerings.  International venue knowledge is key for this role.  Additional languages are also a plus but not essential.


Production Manager


£32,000-£40,000 (DOE)

Are you a Junior Production Manager or Production Manager focused in the exhibition or live event sectors? If so, we have the perfect role for you! Our industry leading agency client (you will know of them as soon as you hear their name!) are currently looking for a bubbly Production Manager to join the growing team. In this role, you will use your technical mind to be the production lead on exhibition stand builds, installations and events around the world. With this, you will work closely with the H&S Manager and Event teams to build proposals and create technical drawings (ideally AutoCAD or VectorWorks - but not essential), be responsible for production project plans, briefing internal and external build teams/ suppliers, budget management, and being onsite for delivery. This is a fantastic role for a JPM or PM looking for a new challenge, where you will be busy with lots of impressive projects! Salary DOE £32-40k. London based, permanent role.
