This is a chance to work on headline-making projects (predominantly B2C with some B2B) across the UK and internationally, from concept to flawless execution. As a Senior Producer, you'll be the driving force behind complex, experiential projects. You'll lead from the front - owning budgets (?500k+), timelines, teams and stakeholders - while partnering closely with creative, clients and suppliers to turn ambitious ideas into reality.

The must have for this role is agency experience (as a producer) managing multi layered experience/live and hybrid projects/events from brief/scope stage to execution. Although they operate mainly in the B2C space - if you just have B2B you will be absolutely be considered as long as the skills/projects translate well to what they do (i.e. activation/brand experience).

Our client is an established membership organisation with a brand steeped in heritage in the automotive sector. The successful candidate, working alongside the wider team, can expect to be involved in delivering some truly amazing events both at home and abroad! This role comes with a competitive salary and a flexible working arrangement.

We are looking for an experienced event professional ideally with an event agency background to join a lovely, growing events team that works with great clients and run a wide variety of luxury events, particularly incentives (both large and small bespoke). Sound interesting?

You will need to have a bubbly/positive attitude, be able to multi-task, manage and keep to deadlines, be confident and a strong communicator.  Experience of managing high end luxury events - from proposal to delivery - including management of suppliers (caterers, production, florists etc) essential.  You will be comfortable managing large budgets (£500K+) and will be adept at writing compelling proposals and project plans. Similarly, you will work with the team to come up with creative ideas, innovative concepts and unique touches to enhance operations.
