They are seeking an experienced Producer type with excellent organisational skills to manage high-quality, creative and complex events from briefing, design and planning through to onsite delivery. This will involve gaining a full understanding of the client's aims and objectives and close management of all aspects of the project across the entire project delivery team. You will have a deep understanding of the processes for delivering projects and confidence in pushing boundaries, whilst ensuring projects are delivered on time and in budget to meet exacting standards. Ideating, pitching, briefing, pre-production and delivery will be key responsibilities of this role. Your understanding and application of the creative and strategic processes involved within project scoping, pitching and delivery will be harnessed to input into the team and wider agency's methodologies, making not only an impact on clients but colleagues too.

Our client is a well established live events communications agency based in London delivering production, design, AV & logistics for exhibitions and live events across the globe. Specialising in the pharmaceutical sector, they are seeking an excellent Project Manager to join their Logistics team to assist with the delivery of their international events portfolio.

The role will predominantly focus on the delivery of congresses, but candidates can expect to be involved in other projects too such as Ad Boards, Investigator Meetings and stand builds at exhibitions so the client is seeking someone with well rounded event type experience. Similarly, candidates should have some experience of leading small to medium sized projects, with budgets up to £250k, as well as the ability to take ownership of specific elements of larger scale events. You'll know the full end to end process inside out and be capable of managing all elements accordingly. Likewise, the role will involve regular client communication so you'll be adept at managing relationships and growing accounts organically by exceeding expectations!

As a full-service creative events agency they deliver end-to-end event solutions-from concept and production through to event registration and post-event de-brief. With more than two decades of experience and multiple industry awards, this team have built a reputation for pushing creative boundaries while becoming trusted partners to their clients.

In this role, you will take full ownership of client events from initial brief through to delivery and post-event debrief. You'll manage project teams, oversee logistics and budgets, and maintain strong client and supplier relationships while ensuring every event runs seamlessly onsite. Working across a range of event formats including conferences and incentives, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact experiences while maintaining strong commercial performance.

The ideal candidate will bring at least four years' event agency experience, excellent project and financial management skills, and the ability to produce detailed, creative proposals. You'll be confident managing multiple projects, knowledgeable about venues across London, the UK and Europe, and comfortable working with clients and suppliers face-to-face.

Salary is £32k - £45K experience dependent. Their office is based in central London with a hybrid policy of 3 days a week.

We are working with a prestigious association (private equity/financial services) who have been acting on behalf of the private equity and venture capital community for 40 years. You will take real ownership of a varied and dynamic events portfolio-from intimate breakfast roundtables to high-profile corporate dinners and forums.

In this role, you'll lead end-to-end delivery of around 15 events each year, working closely with venues, suppliers, speakers and internal teams to ensure every detail is spot on. You'll have the freedom to bring your ideas, creativity and organisational flair to each project, while playing a key part in how they engage and connect their diverse community of private equity and venture capital members. If you enjoy juggling multiple projects, building strong relationships and finding smart solutions, you'll fit right in.

We are looking for circa 3 - 5 years events experience withing the corporate or association sector. You will have strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a sharp eye for detail. Being a strong communicator is key as you will be dealing with multiple stakeholders at every level. You'll be supported by an encouraging team (8 in the events team) and a culture built on inclusivity, collaboration and continuous improvement.

This role is hybrid working (2 days n the office - central London).
