SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (Events) - LONDON - EVENTS AGENCY

We are very excited to be working with this leading events agency who are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join their lovely team based in London (min 3 days pw in the office). This agency works with a diverse range of clients and delivers an exciting range of large scale events including conferences, roadshows, incentives, virtual events, summits and exhibitions on all over the world. So this is a very exciting opportunity to use your SPM level experience and work on an exciting variety of projects!

With this, we are on the look out for an experienced Senior Project Manager who can confidently managed projects end to end (events, digital, video, print etc), including client liaison, proposals/ pitches, and budgets over £1m! As SPM you will be managing this agency's larger and very exciting projects, so experience in managing lots of larger events within an agency environment is essential. In addition to this being a hands-on role, you will be line managing junior team members, so it is essential you have line management experience already.  

This client is looking for someone who is bubbly, professional, confident, and hungry for progression - so it is essential that you are looking for a move to stay and settle as part of an agency 'family', rather than a quick stepping stone. Salary on offer is £45-50k + excellent benefits!  

Have you got experience using Cvent, Eventsforce or a similar web registration platform?  Do you enjoy building and managing websites and being responsible for all data driven by delegates during the event lifecycle?  We are looking for a Delegate Manager to come and join our lovely client on a permanent basis.  You will be the go to person with knowledge and experience of delivering registration and delegate services on large scale / complex events.  In return you will be able to travel and manage your events onsite and work with a fantastic team where culture & environment is key. Reporting to the Head of Venues and Partnerships, you will demonstrate the initiative to create leads, strong negotiation skills, be confident at pitching & have good budget management experience.

Our catering agency client are currently looking for a bubbly, articulate and polished Event Coordinator to join their fantastic team in London. You will be buddied up with other members of the team, to deliver luxury unique catering experiences! Although this is a junior level role, the client is looking for someone who can prove they are passionate about getting into the industry (lots of work experience!).
