You will be working with a close-knit events team to deliver creative solutions tailored to their client's needs.  The role will require experience in running conferences and incentives, delegate management, knowledge of Cvent, Leadership skills, client relationships, venue and destination knowledge, negotiation skills, proposal writing, excellent multi-tasking skills, virtual and live event experience, first class written and verbal communication, Fiscal management, and seamless logistic skills.  We are looking for someone who has a creative mindset, who is a team player, has their own initiative and has a lot of passion within the events world.  This role will require international travel.


Event Administrator

London / WFH Split

This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic event management agency who are looking for an Event Administrator or graduate with people-facing and office experience. The role is varied, as are the events they are managing, ranging from fully virtual, to hybrid events, to in person, face-to-face events. Working closely to support the event management team, your responsibilities will include event data entry, event admin, general office admin, liaising and being primary point of contact with delegates and travel agents, post event analysis and delegate feedback.


You will ideally have experience in office management, with excellent Microsoft Office skills, have a professional telephone manor, managing and developing specific internal tasks as well as having excellent interpersonal skills and having a positive approach and attitude. This role will have international travel and is split between office and remote working.
