Within this role, you will be responsible for delivering marketing & promotional strategies for high profile events, mainly in the sporting arena. Senior Project Manager

A dynamic production agency is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This is an all-encompassing role within the delivery team and our client is looking for a proven candidate with a broad skill set. Again, ideally the successful candidate will have experience gained in an asset based / asset rental capacity and previous experience of operating within unique venues would also be an advantage. Naturally you'll be incredibly organised and capable of dealing with a number of projects at any one time. You'll also be comfortable in a client facing environment and will be expected to manage individual client relationships as well as being conversant on the technical piece, discussing specifications, equipment and logistics. Rather than passing your client round various departments you'll be expected to answer most of their questions accordingly. This is truly an excellent opportunity as you will work closely with the SLT to strategically develop the agency besides being account lead on their exciting key accounts. Account Director

We are working with a fantastic agency who are looking for an experienced Account Director (or a Senior Account Manager ready for a step up) to join their UK based teams delivering seriously cool brand projects!


Working as a senior team member, you will have full responsibility for managing a range of client accounts (client servicing and project delivery internationally). Account Executive

We are working with one of the best agencies in the business who are looking for a bubbly and proactive Account Executive to join their team and work on a big sport sector client. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be working on UK and global events from start to finish including onsite delivery!


As Account Executive, you will work with the senior team members to build your responsibility level, attend client meetings, build strong stakeholder relationships, assist with pitches and proposals, budget prep and management, support on logistical planning including venue & supplier sourcing/ delegate management in addition to supporting on production and the delivery of marketing/ social media. This is a key role within their Events team who organise a whole range of creative and engaging events both internal and external from concept to on-site execution. Events range from investor meetings, dinners, conferences, dinners & other bespoke events - all in line with the company brand strategies and in support of investor relations.  This is a pure delivery/operational role and you will have a background of running complex, top end events, ideally in a corporate environment.  Online registration experience (Cvent) is highly desirable. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Events Coordinator who is looking to learn from the best and support on the planning and delivery of a great varied events portfolio. With this role, you will work with the industry experts and team leaders to understand the event requirements, pull together a project plan, research suppliers/ venues etc, input into budgets, liaise with delegates and sponsors, write delegate communications, update marketing, organise logistics and be a key point of contact. As your experience grows, you will also get to start managing and growing your responsibility level!


You do not need to have prior experience working within an association or corporate environment, however we are looking for someone who has some volunteer or paid experience, who can demonstrate they are passionate and want to learn. Salary for this role DOE £25-27k. You will be based in the Hertfordshire office two days per week, with flexibility for more if you would like.
