Working closely to support the event management team, your responsibilities will include, day to day liaison with third parties, including hotel/venue, AV suppliers and DMCs as well as on-site responsibilities and post event responsibilities (reconciliations). This role will be suitable for someone who is passionate about delivering high quality events and going above and beyond to ensure that clients and delegates have an exceptional experience at their events. We are looking for a couple of enthusiastic individuals ideally with some event agency experience, to join a lovely, growing team based in South London.  They work with great clients and run a wide variety of events, particularly incentives (both large and small bespoke). Working closely with the internal teams including Project Management and Creative, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of all physical build and technical elements of projects to ensure all elements of the project are seamlessly integrated.  This role will be suitable for someone that can juggle day to day tasks and prioritise workloads and multiple projects as well as having excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail. This is a fantastic events agency where you will have a lot of fun working! They are based in central London and offer hybrid working as well as lots of other great benefits. Salary for this role DOE £40,000- £45,000.
