Business Development Manager

Project Coordinator

Working alongside senior members of the team, your responsibilities will include helping to source and negotiate with venues and suppliers, attend venue visits and write venue reports, networking with the industry by attending relevant events, assist in event builds and take downs and supporting senior members in the team across their events. This role will be suitable for someone who has agency experience and has the ability to manage clients and delegate pre -event/ on-site and post event, as well as having great communications skills, good knowledge of the events industry and a keen eye for detail. This role will be office based in London and comes with a salary of £25K.

Working closely to support the event management team, your responsibilities will include, day to day liaison with third parties, including hotel/venue, AV suppliers and DMCs as well as on-site responsibilities and post event responsibilities (reconciliations). Based in Yorkshire 2 days per week, you will work closely with your team to manage projects from start to finish including client communication. Events include incentives, brand conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, sporting experiences etc. This is a fun, dynamic team who love what they do, so we are looking for a 'can do', forward thinking candidate who would love to join an agency at an exciting time of growth.
