My client, a very busy and successful full-service creative event management agency, based in Doha, Qatar is expanding its team due to a number of recent project wins.  They have been in Doha for over 14 years and deliver a broad range of services from Event Management to Creative Design and Film and TV Production for a wide-ranging international and local client portfolio. They're now looking for a brilliant Project Manager experienced in managing both large scale projects and smaller niche events, to join their team ASAP.

 

As Project Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, managing both the day-to-day client relationship and working closely with internal teams, suppliers and partners to ensure flawless delivery, on time and on budget.  You'll co-ordinate and manage the creative and technical production process, manage resources, suppliers and personnel, working on often large scale and complex events delivered against tight timelines and be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen when it comes to budget creation and management.

 

The ideal candidate will have solid event production experience, ideally gained with Middle East projects and be familiar with working in culturally diverse environments.

Full-service creative event management agency, now looking for a talented Event Producer, experienced in managing both large scale projects and smaller niche events, to join their team ASAP.  This role will be focused on all aspects of live event production from creative concept to on-site delivery, ensuring seamless execution, on time and on budget.
