We have worked with this team for years and they are such a brilliant bunch. As a key member of their London team, some key responsibilities include:

✔️ Supporting on marketing activity and events (all client focussed, hospitality and luxury, 5* affairs!), sending out invites, managing responses etc.
✔️ Leading on events & marketing administration and processes
✔️ Keeping web pages up to date with marketing & events comms
✔️ Managing the event mailbox day to day
✔️ Looking after gifting and corporate hospitality administration

As this role focuses on the administration for the events & marketing team, we are looking for a detail orientated person, who enjoys building relationships with the people around them and has a real hunger to develop and "cut your teeth" in marketing/events. The ability to juggle your workload and work proactively will be key! Solid administration experience is an essential requirement and ideally some marketing experience too. If you have Salesforce experience then this would be a massive plus!

Salary for this lovely role DOE £30k - £40K. This role is 3 days per week in the London office and 2 days pw WFH.

They are on the lookout for two event producers to deliver internal engagement programmes and live events for their corporate client base.

 

This is a full 360° role focused on creative content, messaging, and storytelling (not logistics). You'll be responsible for developing clear, compelling messaging strategies and shaping engaging narratives across a variety of channels and formats. You'll work closely with internal creative teams-including design, video, digital, and copy-as well as directly with clients to bring ideas to life in the form of live events, internal campaigns, leadership meetings, virtual and in-person events, training programmes, digital activations and exhibition projects. This position sits at the centre of activity, requiring you to manage multiple projects, build strong client relationships, and bring a high level of creativity and attention to detail to every piece of work.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Events Manager to join a fantastic event agency based in London (3 days pw in the office). This is a great 360 type role where you will be managing accounts (big brands with a global reach), working on new business pitches/ proposals, line managing 1 and leading on project management and delivery (events/digital/content).


Responsibility include:

  • End to end project management
  • Account management of assigned clients - with this, you will be responsible for account strategy & growth too
  • Creative design of projects
  • Creating and delivering proposals to clients
  • Sourcing (internationally) venues, accommodation, event suppliers etc
  • Budget management (over £500k+ so you must have big budget experience already)
  • Briefing and liaising with internal creative teams and external suppliers
  • Branding checks throughout projects to ensure everything is on point
  • Travelling internationally for site visits and event delivery
  • Line managing a junior team member

As this is a senior level role, our agency client is looking for someone who has a strong event agency background, with a good knowledge of production, account management and line management. The client also requires any applicants to hold a full UK Driving License + access to a car.
