We are working with one of the best event agencies in the business who are looking for an experienced hybrid PROJECT MANAGER to join their team and work on a variety of BIG name brands! This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be working on UK and global events from start to finish including onsite delivery!

 

As a hybrid Project Manager, you will work closely with a range of clients managing your own projects as well as supporting the SAM/ AD's on large scale events. We are actively looking for a Corporate Events Coordinator to join a high profile international financial company based in central London. With the events portfolio growing, they are looking for an experienced Events Coordinator who can come in and take ownership over allocated events. With this, we are looking for someone who has a few years of experience already (financial sector experience is a bonus but they'll consider any corporate events experience), who can confidently manage event logistics from start to finish of a project. This is a lovely team where they support each other, so it will be great experience for the successful events professional!  Experience using Cvent or a similar delegate reg/management platform would be amazing!

 

Salary for this role is around £45k DOE. This is an initial 6-month contract but they would like for it to be extended. The team work in the central London office 4 days pw and 1 day pw WFH. Ideally we are looking for someone who can start ASAP but a short notice period will be considered.
