This is a particularly exciting opportunity for an experienced event operator type to join an established creative events agency based in the southern Home Counties! Our client delivers multiple engagement projects for a well known brand in the automotive sector. The Head of Operations is responsible for the leadership, performance and development of the operations function. Reporting to the Client Services Director, this role sits at the heart of our client's delivery team and is critical to ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality execution of all live events and brand activations.

 

You will oversee operational delivery across onsite event crews, contractors, logistics, fleet and warehouse ensuring event kits and assets arrive on site on time, in full, and are delivered to the highest standard. This role requires strong project management capability, hands on operational control and the ability to run smooth onsite delivery in fast paced environments.

 

The candidate must have comparable operational experience ideally gained from an event agency background or having worked for an event supplier/contractor. This is a senior level position within the organisation that will play a leading role in its strategic direction as well as shaping the make-up of the delivery team and how they deliver.
