As part of this fantastic team, you'll be working on conferences, kick-offs, experiential activations, incentives, product launches ... the list goes on! You'll own projects from brief to delivery; managing clients, budgets, suppliers, timelines and everything in between.

We are searching for a Delegate & Technology Manager who lives and breathes all things registration & event technology. You will be working closely with the client to understand their requirements, whilst opening their eyes to new developments to enhance experience. Additionally you'll be hands on from start to finish including building the sites, the full delegate experience, event technology and onsite for delivery - both UK & internationally.

Salary for this role DOE - £45-50k. Strong experience in this field is essential. This agency is based in London - 3 days pw/ WFH - 2 days pw.

Our fantastic PCO events agency client is searching for TWO amazing Project Manager to join their team based in London!

In this role, you will be working closely with the client and Project Directors from briefing through to delivery. You'll be leading on elements of each large conference shaped puzzle including: programme & abstract management, speakers liaison, exhibition & event logistics, registration & the delegate experience, onsite for build & delivery, and post event round ups. Additionally, you will also take the lead on smaller events - so we are searching for a Project Manager who has lead on conferences from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for an association sector candidate looking to break into the agency world (must have delivered external conferences); or a PCO agency candidate looking to join a wonderful agency with long term opportunities!

Salary for this role DOE - £35-45k + great benefits including hybrid working (2 days pw in the office).

Fantastic opportunity to join a leading private equity firm in a senior Event Manager position.  As part of a team of 5, this role will involve full end to end event management on global level, working on both internal and external events.  We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running - someone ideally with private equity / banking based experience or potentially someone with solid professional services experience, who has experience of delivering a wide range of events including small intimate gatherings to large scale conferences for 500+.  Cvent experience would be useful.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Event Operations Manager to take the lead on the planning and delivery of two annual, large-scale outdoor events.

This is a key operational role, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex, high-volume events from initial planning through to live event execution.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

☑️  Strong outdoor event operations experience, ideally within festivals, agricultural shows, live events or a similar environment.

☑️  Proven experience managing a high volume of exhibitors, from onboarding and logistics through to event delivery.

☑️  Excellent contract negotiation skills, with the ability to manage suppliers, contractors and key stakeholders effectively.

☑️  Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, risk management and event compliance, with experience ensuring large-scale events meet all relevant requirements.

☑️  Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
