SENIOR EVENT MANAGER - CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP GROUP


An exciting opportunity for an experienced and confident SENIOR EVENT MANAGER to join one of our fantastic corporate membership organisations based in London.

This is a hands on, events management role where you will be delivering international virtual and live event for high profile members and attendees. In addition, you will be seen as the face of the events you are delivering, so we are looking for someone who is passionate, articulate and professional who is confident in speaking with international stakeholders. As a globally recognised membership organisation in their sector, reputation is everything; so we are ideally looking for someone who has worked on high profile, international corporate events within a similar environment (inhouse, brand side or membership organisation sectors).

This is an extended maternity cover opportunity (13-14 months) and is expected to start early August. Salary for this role depends on experience. Benefits include only 2 days per week in the London office as standard.

With this, we are on the lookout for an experienced Event Project Manager or Senior Project Manager who has managed projects end to end themselves, including budgets of £500k-£1m! In addition, as this is a hybrid role, you will be managing client relationships, so a great opportunity to be client facing and build your experience. Our events agency client is looking for a fantastic Project Manager & Senior Project Manager to join their team delivering complex exhibition builds and live events for their international clients.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving and growing events agency, with much to offer! We are looking for an experienced Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to jump in and work on a variety of exciting, international, custom projects (90% exhibition builds, 10% large scale live staged events). Due to the levels required, we are looking for candidates who have experience project managing & delivering international exhibits & builds within an agency environment. As part of these roles, you will be working on unique, creative and fully immersive projects; so these are really not your standard exhibitions and events. In both roles, you will be taking ownership of projects from start to finish; so, you will need experience working with creative & digital teams, sourcing international suppliers, delivering international events, managing budgets and being onsite internationally.

Salary for this role DOE: £32-36k (PM) & £40-45k (SPM). This role is 4 day pw in a great London based office, with 1 day pw WFH.

This is a particularly exciting opportunity to join an established creative events agency based in Central London! Our client delivers engaging brand experience projects for clients from a variety of sectors including luxury, lifestyle, e-gaming, tech to name a few. They are seeking a capable project manager type ideally with experience of working on such brand projects, who can expect to be involved in the full 360 event piece. Naturally organised and efficient you will also be creative and well versed in working alongside production and design teams and have a good understanding of how projects and builds come together. You will often be required to take the lead on your events so you need to be a self-starter and capable of managing project teams as well as the financials. An excellent communicator, you'll be adept at managing your clients through the full delivery process including the initial pitch stage as well as organically developing relationships over the longer term.

Our client is an established production agency based in the Midlands who are seeking an experienced Technical Production Manager with a minimum of three years' experience gained from an equivalent position. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of all physical build and technical elements on the agency's projects. This will involve planning and arranging technical requirements and kit, managing production sites, on-site teams and suppliers and ensuring that all health and safety and quality requirements are met whilst ultimately taking the lead on your own projects. Similarly, you will be adept at managing the financials to ensure profitability whilst delivering a first-rate event experience. You'll also be an excellent communicator not only for managing your project teams but also for maintaining comms with your respective clients throughout the process as well as overall relationship building. The agency works across several different sectors so you can expect to be working on a variety of projects both in the UK and overseas.

We are working with one of the best event agencies in the business who are looking for an experienced hybrid PROJECT MANAGER to join their team based in the Midlands and work on a variety of BIG name brands! This is a fantastic op2ortunity where you will be working on UK and global events from start to finish including onsite delivery!

As a hybrid Project Manager, you will work closely with a range of clients managing your own projects as well as supporting the SAM/ AD's on large scale events. An articulate and highly personable candidate is required to join this leading edge, global events agency as Venue Sourcing Manager.  You will be a natural communicator with proven venue finding experience based on a minimum of two years event agency experience. A key part of your role will be to create bespoke event proposals based upon the needs of your clients however it will also include researching venues, preparing and communicating budgetary information, utlising preferred suppliers, negotiate rates and contracts to meet with saving expectations, maintain positive supplier relationships, coordinate site inspections with suppliers and clients, develop and maintain relationships with clients and keep abreast of new destinations and their offerings. International venue knowledge would be advantageous for this role but not essential, similarly additional languages are also a plus but again not essential.
