This is an exciting dual purpose role covering both account management and event delivery across a wide range of event types. Our client operates in the automotive, healthcare, technology and legal sectors delivering the likes of conferences, product launches, roadshows and a multitude of corporate events in the UK and further afield. This role will be the conduit between client and internal teams, so excellent communication skills are a must - you'll be able to disseminate briefs and requirements internally to ensure effective delivery and ultimately customer satisfaction. You'll be a proven relationship builder capable of growing accounts organically over the longer term as well as being fully conversant with the end to end delivery process. Our client is looking for someone with a "can-do" attitude, capable of working effectively as part of a team but also possessing the initiative to make things happen with a hands on approach.

Our professional services client is currently looking for a bright, articulate, and passionate Events Coordinator, who is ready for their next challenge! This is a small but growing core events team and therefore we are looking for someone who loves events planning, can confidently speak with stakeholders and enjoys delivering events with the senior team. At this level, for this team, you will be supporting on each part of the event cycle (rather than taking event ownership), so we are looking for someone who has some experience of this and would love to learn more. Events include internal and external conferences, seminars, roundtables, dinners, receptions and client experience/ hospitality - so a great variety to be involved in! There is also some travel involved with this role, as events are delivered across the UK & EMEA.

This is a London based opportunity (minimum of 3 days pw in the office) but also offers some WFH. Salary DOE £40-48k. Sadly due to the requirements of the role, only those with a Professional Services background can be considered. However if you do have this, it is really an exciting opportunity!

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Events Manager to join a fantastic event agency based in London (3 days pw in the office). This is a great 360 type role where you will be managing accounts (big brands with a global reach), working on new business pitches/ proposals, line managing 1 and leading on project management and delivery (events/digital/content).

Responsibility include:

  • End to end project management
  • Account management of assigned clients - with this, you will be responsible for account strategy & growth too
  • Creative design of projects
  • Creating and delivering proposals to clients
  • Sourcing (internationally) venues, accommodation, event suppliers etc
  • Budget management (over £500k+ so you must have big budget experience already)
  • Briefing and liaising with internal creative teams and external suppliers

As this is a senior level role, our agency client is looking for someone who has a strong event agency background, with a good knowledge of production, account management and line management. The client also requires any applicants to hold a full UK Driving License + access to a car. Our client is a leading full service experience agency based in SW London who delivers events in both the UK and internationally with a strong focus on technology and corporate sectors. They are seeking an experienced Producer type with excellent organisational skills to manage high-quality, creative and complex events from briefing, design and planning through to onsite delivery. This will involve gaining a full understanding of the client's aims and objectives and close management of all aspects of the project across the entire project delivery team. You will therefore have a deep understanding of the processes for delivering projects and confidence in pushing boundaries, whilst ensuring projects are delivered on time and in budget to meet exacting standards. Ideating, pitching, briefing, pre-production and delivery will be key responsibilities of this role.
