Our client is seeking an experienced operations professional with a strong background in recruiting, onboarding, training and managing large teams of casual hospitality event staff for high-profile festivals, concerts and large-scale events.

 

This hands-on role will involve managing two full-time direct reports and being fully present onsite throughout events, ensuring all areas are appropriately staffed, breaks are managed effectively and teams consistently deliver exceptional customer service standards.

 

The business prides itself on having a hardworking, passionate and collaborative culture where everyone, including senior leadership is actively involved in the day-to-day operation. They are therefore looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being onsite at events and leading from the front.

 

This is a full-time role based in a Central London office 5 days a week (some flexibility past probation to work from home) and of course attendance at events during peak season May - September is expected.

You will be involved in the full 360, from pitching bold concepts and project managing creative/design teams to managing logistics and delivering the ultimate client experience. You'll have the freedom to shine and the support of a passionate, tight-knit team that genuinely loves what they do. There are line management responsibilities in this role (2 x direct line reports) so we really are looking for previous experience in this area.
