Project Manager

We are looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our Live Events Agency client based in London! This is a fantastic role, where you will be working across a range of client accounts to deliver international exhibitions, conferences & congress events amongst many others. You will be responsible for the end to end project management and delivery for small-medium sized events with budget management up to £200k, as well as taking ownership over sections of large scale international projects. Throughout you will also work closely with the client to ensure the events exceed their expectations. This is a great role which gives you the opportunity to have ownership over your own projects, as well as develop into a more senior events professional who can take on more responsibility. Our client is ideally looking candidates who have come from an events agency background with experience in delivering exhibitions, conferences and congresses for a range of clients (associations would be a bonus!). Project Coordinator

In this role you will be supporting the Project Teams and assisting to drive coordination of projects internally as well as venue finding, budget management and developing project timelines. This varied and exciting role will involve you playing a key role in the preparation, administration and activation of a portfolio of exciting brands with scope to work on a wide variety of events both live and virtual that range from pop-up events, installations, experiential marketing, roadshows, product and press launches and festivals. Senior Events Project Manager

London / WFH

£38,000-£45,000 (DOE)

Our fantastic international agency client is currently looking for an experienced Senior Events Project Manager to join their team based in London. This truly is a wonderful role within a great events agency who look after their team! In this role you will be working across a range of client projects including exhibition stand builds, brand conferences, live events and digital projects. As an experienced events SPM, you must be able to manage complex medium - large event projects, full budget management, oversee junior team members & their projects, be happy to liaise directly with the client (not full account management), liaise with internal and external teams besides being able to deliver internationally. We are looking for an events SPM who comes from a similar events agency with international experience, who is a confident self-motivated and driven individual; ideally with experience across a range of softwares/systems such as Procim. Experience with Pharmaceutical accounts is a benefit!

Salary DOE £38-45k, with a good WFH/ office based split is on offer to the right candidate. 


Event Producer

Our client are a high-end boutique events agency, who are looking for an Senior Events Producer to join them - they are looking for someone who prides themselves on their creativity, attention to detail and passion for delivering amazing experiences. The ideal candidate must have experience of managing large budgets (£1/2mil+) in an agency that focusses on private client events.  The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in end-to-end events both nationally and internationally, strong project management experience, strong event direction & production skills, be highly organised, flexible and have the ability to work the necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. You will be creative, polished and used to working in a close knit agency environment. Experience working with high profile and high net worth clients would be desirable. Producer / Senior Producer

In this fantastic role, you will take ownership over projects start to finish (product launches, brand events, conferences etc); using your fantastic client skills to really understand their brand and campaigns, work closely with the production teams, design and deliver complex projects, project manage throughout, budget manage and be onsite to ensure the team are delivering impressive, unique experience events for the clients! You must be confident in managing budgets of around £1m, and be able to demonstrate a range of impressive events you have produced (a portfolio would be great!). Knowledge of video/ digital production would be beneficial but not essential. Event specific experience is essential for this role! Salary for this role DOE + excellent benefits and WFH/Office split.

Sponsorship Sales Manager

Our commercial conferencing client is currently looking for a remote working, experienced commercial events SPONSORSHIP SALES MANAGER to join the team on a part time basis (2 days pw/ with flex for international travel).


In this role you will be responsible for the sponsorship sales across the events programme (conferences/ exhibitions/ virtual events & education programmes) across the UK & US markets. In this role, you will proactively be identifying key players who would be suitable sponsors, locating the best contacts, negotiating, allocating the best sponsorship package to the client and briefing the marketing & operations teams to relay requirements. To be successful in applying for this role, you must have a proven track record within a commercial events, sales environment. Salary on offer is £32k pro rata (DOE). This would be perfect for a freelance Sales Professional.


Conference Producer

London / Home Working

Video / Film Producer
