Events Executive - Professional Service

* EVENTS EXECUTIVE - PROFESSIONAL SERVICES - 12M FIXED TERM CONTRACT *

Our corporate client is looking for a confident and experienced Corporate Hospitality & Events professional who can lead on the organisation and delivery of their busy corporate hospitality events programme. This is a very exciting 12 month fixed term contract which will see you become the internal expert on this portfolio of events. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements, manage attendees and communication, build close relationships with external providers, organise logistics and budgets, manage administration and be onsite for event delivery where required (high profile corporate hospitality experiences). As part of their planning and attendee management process, this client uses Salesforce & Cvent, so we are looking for someone who is confident in using these platforms, or similar. With this, it is essential you are happy to jump in, pick up new technology, adapt to processes and can develop warm, personable relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Events are across the UK, so you must be happening travelling/ flying for event delivery.

Event Coordinator (Financial institution)

Are you looking for a new corporate events role? We are working with one of the worlds largest financial services companies who is looking for an Event Coordinator to join their team, on a rolling contract, with strong potential for this to be made permanent.

 

The role will involve running your own smaller events whilst supporting the team on some of the larger flagship events.  In addition you will be supporting the team with diary management, travel bookings, coordinating internal meetings across EMEA/APAC and the US, maintaining the teams' calendar of events and liaising with venues to check availability, hold/release spaces, obtain menues etc. Additionally you will compile and maintain bios for high level events, manage hotel rooming lists and be responsible for ordering branded swag for events. Great spoken and written English is essential for this role, together with good, relevant events experience gained in a fast paced corporate environment.
