Looking for an Event Marketing Roadshow Coordinator to join a leading bank in their Events team. The role will see you provide logistical support for deal and non-deal roadshows along with bank meetings in the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the Senior Roadshow Manager you will own projects from inception to completion dealing with a wide variety of internal & external clients. You will work with prescribed budgets, preparing detailed pre-event and post-event costings and manage all logistics on all roadshows - invitations, suppliers, air, ground transportation, hotel accommodation, venues, F&B & onsite management. Previous experience of managing financial roadshows  and the ability to manage complex projects simultaneously are both essential requirements. Events Executive (Association)

We are looking for an experienced Events Executive to join this close-knit London based association events team on a 12 month contract.


Within this role you will be working closely with the Events Team to deliver excellent international events. Focusing on sponsor contract delivery and the coordination of venue contracts.


The majority of the role will include detailed event plans, maintaining budgets, working closely with the marketing team, manage relationships with key stakeholders, create new and build on existing relationships.


We are looking for someone who has had experience in a similar role, experience in event coordination both in live and virtual events, great communication skills and attention to detail, understanding of event software such as Cvent, Salesforce and Zoom.

This is a hybrid role with an office based in London.

6 to 12 month contract

Corporate Event Project Manager

London / WFH Split

£300-£350 per day (DOE) (converting to £60-£65K pa)

We are looking for an outstanding Event Project Manager to join our global banking client on a contract basis. This is a fantastic role for someone with strong EMEA experience, delivering conferences, business meetings and corporate events within a PROFESSIONAL SERVICES environment. You will be working on events with 200-1000+ delegates (lots at C suite level), so strong delegate and VIP management is essential alongside EMEA venue knowledge, working with procedures and guidelines and budget management of £100K-5m+.  You will be a senior level member of the team, so you will be bringing your experience and jumping into a busy events calendar.  This is not a managerial role and will be very hands on - we are looking for a highly experienced event specialist.  There is likely to be some travel too with this role (up to 1 week pm).  This is a fantastic opportunity for a bubbly, professional and dedicated events professional!
