Looking to use your incredible skillset as an Event Director or Head of Events for the greater good? Well, we are working with an incredible organisation who will help you do just that! In this 12-18 month FTC you will be leading a team of wonderful Event Managers to produce and deliver global conferences and events, which are designed to be a platform for change and development for big brands across numerous key industries.

We are searching for an experienced Events Director who has lots of experience leading a team, developing events, implementing strategy, managing complex stakeholder relationships and delivering incredible global events. You will ideally either come from an inhouse environment (brand or corporate) or a corporate events agency. Salary DOE £70-80k pro rata + great benefits. This role is London based.

Registration Project Manager

London / Home Working

£30,000-£35,000 (DOE)

Corporate Event Manager

London / WFH Split

We are on the look out for a Corporate Event Manager to join a prestigious Private Equity firm. This is a key role within their Events team who organise a whole range of creative and engaging events both internal and external from concept to on-site execution. Events range from investor meetings, dinners, conferences, dinners & other bespoke events - all in line with the company brand strategies and in support of investor relations.  This is a pure delivery/operational role and you will have a background of running complex, top end events, ideally in a corporate environment.  Online registration experience (Cvent) is highly desirable. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an extremely reputable private equity firm based in the city with hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day working from home split).

Events Coordinator

London / WFH Split

Great new opportunity to join a large corporate client who are looking for an experienced Event Coordinator for a 1-year initial contract.  Working on a real mix of events across EMEA, including congresses, incentives, conferences and smaller bespoke events, this role will involve international travel and you will be responsible for ensuring excellent delegate experience and high-level attendee satisfaction at all events.  You will help with delegate communications, prepare invitation lists and assist with administration on larger events, and additionally, you will lead the end-to-end event management on some smaller EMEA events.  This really is a great opportunity to get stuck in and develop your experience in international events.  You will need to have had broad events experience working globally across a range of event types, both large and small, face-to-face, hybrid and virtual. We are looking for an individual who has a positive and strong 'customer first' mindset.
