Working with your Group Account Director you will be responsible for managing the delivery of project from concept to on-site, developing proposals, managing budgets, co-ordinating teams and, of course, nurturing client relationships.

You must have previous event agency experience working on large scale events at a senior level, have excellent communication skills, be extremely well organised with a good eye for detail and love working in an exciting, high pressure environment.

On the lookout for a Senior  Event Manager to join a prestigious bank. This is a key  role which sits within the firms Marketing  team who organise a whole range of creative and engaging events both internal and external from concept to on-site execution. Events range from client events, hospitality, dinners, conferences, dinners, third party events  & other bespoke events - across UK and Europe.  These events strengthen client relationships & support the development of new opportunities, enhancing the company brand & reputation. This is mainly a delivery/operational role with some strategic responsibilities too where you will be devising event concepts to meet objectives & budget. You will  have a background of running complex, top end events in a banking environment & played a senior role managing large project teams. Online registration experience (ideally C-Vent) is also essential as is positive, confident & effective stakeholder management experience. Events Assistant / Coordinator

Our leading software client are currently looking to bring on an Events Assistant/ Coordinator between January 2020 to March 2020. Across this two month contract you will be working closely with the event logistics team to organise and deliver their high profile US and London conference. During this time, you will be helping prepare event collateral, liaising with the delegates, suppliers and venue, booking last minute requirements and be onsite for the London conference as a key part of the team. Ideally you will have conference operations/ logistics experience already either working within an events agency or commercial conferencing environment.    Salary is based on £23-27,000 pro rata depending on experience. This is a London based opportunity. 


Production Manager

We are looking for a confident and technically minded Production Manager to join our agency client on a 9-11 month contract (freelance or temp to perm!). Within this role, you will be working closely with the Head of Production to technically project manage the build elements of large scale conferences, expos, exhibition stand builds, installations, corporate hospitality and sponsorship areas at events. This is a fantastic role, which will see you be involved in lots of events (with lots of travel!). Using your existing technical production experience, you will brief technical drawers for visuals, create project plans, brief suppliers and build teams, access plans and requirements, ensure all adhere to H&S checks, liaise with internal teams and be onsite for delivery. This is a great role for someone who loves to be hands on, rather than have to deal with the client on a day to day basis. This role is based in London, with international travel. Day rate DOE £250pd.

This will be a 9-11 month contract depending on start date, where you will be working closely with the client and project leads, working with the project team to logistically deliver all elements of the expo, and be onsite internationally for hands on delivery. You must have large scale Expo/ Exhibition/ Conference experience either in the Middle East or on an international scale. This role will be London based, with international travel throughout the contract for site/ supplier meetings and delivery. Day rate DOE £275-300pd.
