Senior Event Executive

Our impressive law firm client is currently looking for an outstanding, bubbly and professional Senior Event Executive to join their team based in London. Working on European client events (corporate hospitality, seminars etc), you will be working with the close knit team on logistical delivery whilst exceeding client and delegate expectations, managing stakeholders, supporting strategy creation/ delivery as well as mentoring junior members of the team. In this great team, you will be number two to the Head of Events, so someone with a bubbly, supportive and confident personality is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with existing corporate experience (although you don't have to come from a law firm!).

Digital and Event Technology Projects Manager


£30,000-£35,000 (DOE)

First class live events agency on the lookout for a Digital & Event Technology professional to oversee the management & delivery of their digital & event technology projects. Reporting to the innovation Manager you will be tasked with establishing processes, standard & best practice in the delivery of standalone digital & event technology projects that intersect within the wider context of events. Projects include mostly event apps & registration solutions, live audience interaction technology & any other digital/technology that clients require, across a wide range of sectors & corporate events. The role will see you writing project scopes, delivering  projects, working with event delivery teams, managing clients, taking briefs, managing event technology partners & managing event technology budgets. You will also be called on to lead, manage & develop Project executives as well as work with the innovation manager to ensure digital & event technology products & services are managed effectively ensuring revenue is maximized. Previous digital experience in the events sphere is essential as is thorough knowledge of Digital Project Management with significant demonstrable experience in a web development environment in an events agency or client side delivering a range of multiple digital projects. A really fantastic role for someone looking to progress their event technology career.

Senior Event Project Manager


£45,000-£50,000 (DOE)

Our leading London brand client, is currently looking for a Senior Event Project Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. With this role, you will be working across the London and European sites, to creatively build engagement event concepts (pop ups/ installations/ experiences), liaise with internal departments for input, research and development, pull together decks (ideally Indesign/ Photoshop experience to make them look amazing!), create project timelines and project framework so ideas can be delivered internationally, brief internal and external build teams, source suppliers and be onsite to see your ideas come to life! This is a fabulous role for someone with experience in engagement events, with a creative mind-set as you really will be involved in all aspects. Events agency experience is essential due to the way they work. Salary DOE £45-50k for the perfect candidate.

Business Development Manager/Director

They have an ambitious growth strategy and looking for someone to help drive the integrated offering of the business moving forward.
