We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading event agency where you will have the opportunity to work on a range of events -think incentives, conferences both in the UK & internationally, with a variety of client sectors.

You must have event agency experience as well as managing budgets and multiple projects independently as well as supporting the wider team.

The salary on offer is around £35,000 DOE with fantastic company benefits and you must have a full driving licence and car for this role.

This global communications agency really are one of the best. This is a full 360° role focused on creative content, messaging, and storytelling (not logistics). You'll be responsible for developing clear, compelling messaging strategies and shaping engaging narratives across a variety of channels and formats. You'll work closely with internal creative teams-including design, video, digital, and copy-as well as directly with clients to bring ideas to life in the form of live events, internal campaigns, leadership meetings, virtual and in-person events, training programmes, digital activations and exhibition projects. This position sits at the centre of activity, requiring you to manage multiple projects, build strong client relationships, and bring a high level of creativity and attention to detail to every piece of work.

The must have for this role is event agency experience as producer. You will be used to working on multiple projects for multiple clients at any one time from concept to delivery and have a strong sense of storytelling. Our agency client is hiring for a Digital Project Manager to help them deliver exceptional in-person, hybrid and virtual events for a diverse client base. This role will see you lead the build and delivery of event registration sites, apps and digital tools, while also managing timelines, budgets, suppliers and client relationships. This a full-time role with a salary of £31,000-34,000 DOE and based at their office in NW London initially 5 days a week with the opportunity to work from home one day per week past probation.  There are some fantastic benefits such as free breakfast and lunch and the opportunity to earn an additional estimated £4,000 in overtime.

You will be joining a small team 3 and the crux of this role is delivery and with this they are looking for solid experience in managing events in a law firm (Other corporate environments may be considered but law is the strong preference here).

You will have strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a sharp eye for detail. This role is hybrid working (2 days n the office - central London). An essential requirement for this role is to have a full UK Driving licence and your own car to be able to attend site visits/ meet clients.

This is a full-time role based in the West Midlands with the expectation of being in the office 3 days per week and 2 days WFH.

The salary on offer is £26-30,000 (DOE).  Most events are UK based, but there may be some international travel opportunities too.
