Prestigious global international law firm is on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Event Advisor to join their Events team.  This role entails running the entire life cycle of both live and digital events (pre-event planning, on the day and post event management), which can be either UK or internationally based.  You would be delivering seminars, networking events, dinners and parties and management of conference groups, so they are looking for someone with a high level of knowledge and experience in events in a corporate/professional services environment. You will be working with partners and key stakeholders in the firm, so you need a high attention to detail, with great communication skills to be able to interact at all levels.  Experience of event registration software (Cvent or Eventogy) and webinar platforms such as Zoom would be ideal.  So, if you are someone that can lead by example, work independently as well as be a strong team player, manage budgets and be able to negotiate with suppliers, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you!

The role is varied, as are the events they are managing, ranging from fully virtual, to hybrid events, to in person, face-to-face events. Working closely to support the event management team, your responsibilities will include event data entry, event admin, general office admin, liaising and being primary point of contact with delegates and travel agents, post event analysis and delegate feedback.
