We're on the hunt for a bubbly Venue Sales Executive who is looking for a new role.

In this new position to the reactive sales team, you will be turning enquiries into events, chats into contracts, and first visits into fully booked calendars! From slick venue show rounds to tailored proposals, you'll make every client feel like a VIP (because to you, they are). We are looking for someone who is part salesperson, part storyteller-confident, organised, and just persuasive enough to seal the deal without being pushy.

Brand new agency client who are experts in creating unforgettable live event experiences are on the lookout for a Project Manager. As a full-service creative events agency they deliver end-to-end event solutions-from concept and production through to event registration and post-event de-brief. With more than two decades of experience and multiple industry awards, this team have built a reputation for pushing creative boundaries while becoming trusted partners to their clients.

In this role, you will take full ownership of client events from initial brief through to delivery and post-event debrief. You'll manage project teams, oversee logistics and budgets, and maintain strong client and supplier relationships while ensuring every event runs seamlessly onsite. Working across a range of event formats including conferences and incentives, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact experiences while maintaining strong commercial performance.

The ideal candidate will bring at least four years' event agency experience, excellent project and financial management skills, and the ability to produce detailed, creative proposals. You'll be confident managing multiple projects, knowledgeable about venues across London, the UK and Europe, and comfortable working with clients and suppliers face-to-face.

Salary is £32k - £45K experience dependent. Their office is based in central London with a hybrid policy of 3 days a week.

They are seeking an experienced Producer type with excellent organisational skills who possesses a strong understanding of the end to end process of delivering events from briefing, design and planning through to onsite delivery. This role will work collaboratively across the various delivery teams and will be particularly adept at translating client briefs into the language that each department understands - you'll know a little about a lot! Not only is collaboration internal, but external too - building great relationships with suppliers and clients that continue the trend of making projects fulfilling, creative and fun!

 - Design, manage, and deliver a portfolio of exciting in-person, virtual, and hybrid events - mainly large scale conferences with exhibitor/sponsor elements

- Take charge of budgeting, ensuring every event runs smoothly, on time, and within budget

• Engage with suppliers, venues, and AV teams to create standout events
• Work with the design team on event branding

 Who You Are:

- Event specialist: You come with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in managing events, ideally in an agency environment  but all background considered if you have the end to end delivery experience
  -  Exhibition & sponsorship management: experience in this is essential and a nice to have would also be knowledge of abstracts, & committee experience
