We are looking for an Event Project Manager with experience in end to end event management to join our fabulous event agency client based in London (min 3 days pw in the office). Working on an exciting mix of projects (live/virtual/hybrid), you will be leading on your own international projects whilst liaising with the clients; whilst supporting on senior team members on their large scale projects to help you to gain experience and grow continuously!

 

With this, we are looking for someone who ideally comes from an events agency environment (or potentially a corporate events team, if you have lots of event agency contact), who can confidently liaise with clients, project plan and manage a team of internal stakeholders, take ownership & pride of your projects, lead on budgets around £500k and are happy working on multiple projects (with varying lead time) at any one time. Events will include conferences, roadshows, exhibitions, exhibits, expos, and incentives - so a true variety!
