Our client is an established London based communications agency that specialises in the Pharmaceutical sector who is looking for a Congress Delegate Manager to sit within their logistics team. This very personable agency punches above it's weight in terms of the scale of events it regularly delivers across the international stage. Similarly in terms of services it also offers full in-house production and AV support alongside a video and motion team that delivers high quality digital content so these roles will be collaborating with some particularly creative team members on various exciting large-scale events.

 

Responsible for the delegate management piece for large scale congresses including inbox management, candidates will possess the following: 

  • Pharmaceutical experience, ideally congresses, from either an agency, DMC or in-house (Pharma) background is essential.
  • Capable of designing and developing registration sites using registration platforms such as CVENT and Eventsair.
  • Strong communication skills and experience of managing suppliers / client liaison.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Some exposure to managing budgets / financial responsibility.
  • Competent with statistics and reporting.
  • A collaborative team player but also very capable of taking the initiative.
  • Experience of mentoring junior team members.
