We are very excited to be working with this leading events agency who are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join their lovely team based in London. This agency works with a diverse range of clients and delivers an exciting range of large scale events including conferences, roadshows, virtual events, summits and exhibitions.  

With this, we are on the look out for an experienced Event Project Manager or Senior Project Manager who has managed projects end to end themselves, including budgets of around £1m! In addition, as this is a hybrid role, you will be managing client relationships, so a great opportunity to be client facing and build your experience here. Over time, there may be an opportunity for this role to line manage too!

Senior Project Manager

Our client is a leading full service experience agency based in the SW London who delivers events in both the UK and internationally with a strong focus on technology and corporate sectors with some exposure to brand activations. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager type with excellent organisational skills to project manage high-quality, creative and complex events from briefing, design and planning through to onsite delivery. This will involve gaining a full understanding of the clientʼs aims and objectives and close management of all aspects of the project across the entire project delivery team. Candidates should have a good working knowledge of A/V, managing A/V requirements for projects and will be collaborating with the Production Director for larger-scale events. You'll also be supporting the rest of the team in the preparation of RFPs/proposals and guide junior members during that process, an aspiring leader you'll be a natural mentor to the more junior members of the team.


Candidates for this role must have worked for an events agency previously and experience of delivering large conferences and exhibitions.  The role is a 4 day PWK in the office working arrangement and comes with a package of comprehensive additional benefits and a competitive salary.

Our client delivers over 1000 events each year with a variety of event types and for different sectors, so you'll be adept at building relationships across all spectrums. Naturally outgoing and engaging you'll be the face of our client's business during meetings and industry events. Similarly excellent presentation and communication skills are a must in terms of client acquisition but also in managing the relationships between clients and the wider agency teams. This is a field-based role with travel to client meetings and occasional visits to the office expected so the successful candidate must be a natural self-starter capable of remaining focussed on delivering the company's objectives.


Our client is seeking two candidates for this position; one to cover the north of the UK and the other to cover the south of the UK so we are receptive to applications from each region.
