Communications and Engagement Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

This multi-award winning global communications agency have
a very strong reputation in the health/pharma sector and due to
growth they are looking to hire a Communications and Engagement
Manager to spearhead strategic campaigns for their clients. You'll
craft compelling narratives, guide stakeholders through complex
change, and deliver communications that resonate from the boardroom
to the frontline. This is your opportunity to shape how change is
understood, embraced, and sustained.
Previous agency experience is essential for this role - you will
have led change communications across multiple clients, balancing
creativity with precision in high-pressure environments. You know
how to decode business transformation into clear, engaging
messaging-and you've done it across cultures, channels, and
continents. From strategy to execution, you'll manage budgets,
collaborate with creatives, and measure impact with confidence and
clarity.
