A dynamic production agency is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This is an all-encompassing role within the delivery team and our client is looking for a proven candidate with a broad skill set. Again, ideally the successful candidate will have experience gained in an asset based / asset rental capacity and previous experience of operating within unique venues would also be an advantage. Naturally you'll be incredibly organised and capable of dealing with a number of projects at any one time. You'll also be comfortable in a client facing environment and will be expected to manage individual client relationships as well as being conversant on the technical piece, discussing specifications, equipment and logistics. Rather than passing your client round various departments you'll be expected to answer most of their questions accordingly. You'll also be involved in handling enquiries and working with other team members on developing proposals and expected to contribute with both practical and commercial input.

Focusing predominantly on the client's two venues in the west of the country, the successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team in an overseeing capacity to elevate the customer journey and experience throughout the booking, planning and execution of their event. They will have a dotted line to each of the venue's sales and operations teams whilst reporting directly to the Group Operations Manager to deliver targets and KPIs with exceptional customer experience and service. Similarly, the role will also work alongside the marketing team in an oversight capacity assisting on the strategic piece where appropriate.
