Our client is a well established live events communications agency based in London delivering production, design, AV & logistics for exhibitions and live events across the globe. Specialising in the pharmaceutical sector, they are seeking an excellent Project Manager to join their Logistics team to assist with the delivery of their international events portfolio.

The role will predominantly focus on the delivery of congresses, but candidates can expect to be involved in other projects too such as Ad Boards, Investigator Meetings and stand builds at exhibitions so the client is seeking someone with well rounded event type experience. Similarly, candidates should have some experience of leading small to medium sized projects, with budgets up to £250k, as well as the ability to take ownership of specific elements of larger scale events. You'll know the full end to end process inside out and be capable of managing all elements accordingly. Likewise, the role will involve regular client communication so you'll be adept at managing relationships and growing accounts organically by exceeding expectations!

Brand new agency client who are experts in creating unforgettable live event experiences are on the lookout for a Project Manager. As a full-service creative events agency they deliver end-to-end event solutions-from concept and production through to event registration and post-event de-brief. With more than two decades of experience and multiple industry awards, this team have built a reputation for pushing creative boundaries while becoming trusted partners to their clients.

 

In this role, you will take full ownership of client events from initial brief through to delivery and post-event debrief. You'll manage project teams, oversee logistics and budgets, and maintain strong client and supplier relationships while ensuring every event runs seamlessly onsite. Working across a range of event formats including conferences and incentives, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact experiences while maintaining strong commercial performance.

 

The ideal candidate will bring at least four years' event agency experience, excellent project and financial management skills, and the ability to produce detailed, creative proposals. You'll be confident managing multiple projects, knowledgeable about venues across London, the UK and Europe, and comfortable working with clients and suppliers face-to-face.

Salary is £32k - £45K experience dependent. Their office is based in central London with a hybrid policy of 3 days a week.

Senior Event Manager

We are looking for an experienced event professional ideally with an event agency background to join a lovely, growing events team that works with great clients and run a wide variety of luxury events, particularly incentives (both large and small bespoke). Sound interesting?

 

You will need to have a bubbly/positive attitude, be able to multi-task, manage and keep to deadlines, be confident and a strong communicator.  Experience of managing high end luxury events - from proposal to delivery - including management of suppliers (caterers, production, florists etc) essential.  You will be comfortable managing large budgets (£500K+) and will be adept at writing compelling proposals and project plans. Similarly, you will work with the team to come up with creative ideas, innovative concepts and unique touches to enhance operations.

 

This is a chance to join a really friendly and successful team of experienced event professionals delivering top tier events across the UK. Office based near Waterloo and would be looking for you to be in 3+ days pw.
