We're on the hunt for a talented and driven Project Manager to
join a much loved agency client of ours. This agency are one of the
best, not only do they deliver exceptional experiences across the
globe but their culture is pretty exceptional too. The senior
leadership here have created something special and pride themselves
on the supportive, engaging culture where the opportunities for
growth in your role are abundant and value is truly placed on
teamwork and camaraderie.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned events
professional who thrives on delivering complex events (mainly
high-profile booth build/stand build exhibition projects but also
end to end events too e.g. conferences, receptions, launches). from
concept to completion. You'll be responsible for the full project
lifecycle-leading timelines, coordinating internal and external
teams, managing budgets, and ensuring every event runs seamlessly,
on time, and within budget. As the primary point of contact for
clients, your ability to communicate clearly, build strong
relationships, and anticipate challenges will be key to your
success. The client base is primarily pharma and the projects are
global so if you are keen to travel then consider this box
ticked!
Experience in supplier negotiation, client liaison, on-site
logistics, and the confidence to make key decisions independently
are essential to thriving in this position. Solid agency experience
is an essential requirement (ideally delivering stand/booth build
projects but not a deal breaker as long as you have senior end to
end delivery experience of large scale/complex events) as is a
proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional
results. Pharma experience is ideal but not necessarily a deal
breaker. In return, you'll join a supportive and ambitious team,
where your ideas, experience, and input will help shape
unforgettable experiences and drive the continued success of their
growing business.
Their office is in Shoreditch and they really value
working/collaborating as a team, with this their "status quo" is 5
days a week with flexi time, the details of which I can talk you
through.
Salary wise they can be flexible depending on your experience but
as a guide will be looking around the £35k - £45K
level.
If this sounds like your cup of tea then I'd love to hear from
you.
