Are you an experience Project Director who loves planning and delivering BIG brand events & conferences? This one is for you!

We are looking for a hybrid Project Director who can build strong bonds with big brand clients whilst delivering even bigger conferences & events (500-1000 pax/ budgets around £1m). With this, you'll be leading a team (line management experience required!) through the rollercoaster of planning and delivering these exciting, large-scale, high-stakes brand conferences; where the spotlight really matters.

You'll take ownership of your projects, collaborating with top-tier clients, venues, and suppliers across the UK and internationally. Whether it's a complex conference, a dynamic product launch, or a global incentive trip, you'll ensure every event runs seamlessly. You will be responsible for managing and developing your own client accounts (broad range of sectors). This role will have 1 (potentially two) direct line reports (PM and SPE level).

We are looking for a confident, client focussed events professional with solid end to end delivery experience in an agency environment (6 years would be ideal). You'll bring solid experience in delivering large scale corporate events (in an agency environment),  experience in managing medium to large project times and ideally some team management experience too. We are looking for an experienced event professional ideally with an event agency background to join a lovely, growing events team that works with great clients and run a wide variety of luxury events, particularly incentives (both large and small bespoke). Sound interesting?
