We are working with a busy, fast paced events agency based in London who are currently looking for a Project Executive to join their team (to start in January 2025)! This is an exciting opportunity to support the planning and delivery of UK & international events; whilst learning from the very experienced team around you and growing as an events professional.

 

Whilst this is an entry level role, we are looking for a Project Executive who has completed an events focused internship or placement year (degree not essential) who wants to progress! We have an exciting role for an experienced Venue Sales Manager at a prestigious London Venue. 

 

For this role, you will need to to drive sustainable growth through boosting sales (proactive & reactive sales) and forging strong relationships with clients, both current as well as developing new ones. You'll need good knowledge of catering industry as well as all aspects of event logistics.   This role enables you to work on a really wide range of events, everything from conferences to weddings. Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must to be able to provide exceptional guest satisfaction.  The ability to propose ideas and liaise closely with the integrated teams to make sure they deliver the event to your client's specification is paramount.

 

The salary on offer is circa £40,000 with an additional competitive bonus. This role is full-time and you will be expected to be on site every day, Monday to Friday.

Our client is the global leader on information security thought leadership providing professionals from all sectors with both practical skills and knowledge to run their businesses safely. Focussing on our client's portfolio of high profile summits and conferences throughout the EMEA region this role will be tasked with researching and developing high quality content to ensure such events remain market leading and topical. You'll be capable of designing and writing relevant, dynamic and commercially driven summit programs - including input into program theme and title. You'll also have experience of sourcing and managing speakers working closely with such individuals to ensure the content delivered aligns with the company's objectives and resonates with the target audience, delivering impactful summit programs. An excellent communicator you'll be able to collaborate with the wider internal teams where appropriate to disseminate information to key stakeholders as part of the overall delivery process.

 

Our client is interested in speaking to candidates with a minimum of five plus years working in a content management capacity as well as similar exposure to speaker sourcing/management. Such experience will have been gained in an events capacity and ideally you'll have a good working knowledge of the EMEA region.

In return you can expect to receive a competitive salary and excellent additional benefits. This role is fully remote based with infrequent requirement to travel to the company's HO, but does come with an extensive overseas travel requirement.
