This great agency are on the lookout for a Head of Project Management to lead their team in delivering exceptional global and unique large scale exhibitions and live events. You'll play a vital role in driving operational excellence across large-scale physical, hybrid, and digital events-guiding a team from brief to onsite execution, while nurturing their growth and ensuring the seamless delivery of every project.

 

As Head of Project Management, you'll work closely with the MD and cross-functional teams to lead process improvement, ensure client satisfaction, and mentor the team. Your expertise in large-scale live events and exhibition builds, budget management, and client relationships will be crucial as you take ownership of SOPs, delivery standards, and resource coordination. You will be one of the most senior contacts between internal teams and suppliers/partners e.g. technical, fabrication, operations and logistics,. Our client delivers multiple engagement projects for a well known brand in the automotive sector. The Head of Operations is responsible for the leadership, performance and development of the operations function. Reporting to the Client Services Director, this role sits at the heart of our client's delivery team and is critical to ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality execution of all live events and brand activations.

 

You will oversee operational delivery across onsite event crews, contractors, logistics, fleet and warehouse ensuring event kits and assets arrive on site on time, in full, and are delivered to the highest standard. This role requires strong project management capability, hands on operational control and the ability to run smooth onsite delivery in fast paced environments.

 

The candidate must have comparable operational experience ideally gained from an event agency background or having worked for an event supplier/contractor. This is a senior level position within the organisation that will play a leading role in its strategic direction as well as shaping the make-up of the delivery team and how they deliver.

You will be part of the team driving and managing commercial contracts on a range of events from activations, film locations, media assets and more!

 

We are looking for someone ideally from an event agency, venue or advertising background who has strong stakeholder management & business development skills.

 

In this role you will oversee the entire process, delivering outstanding customer service. Supporting your clients throughout all health & safety documentation, negotiating contracts, overseeing all installations through to de-rig and post event analysis.

 

This is a full-time, hybrid role (3 days a week in office) with a salary circa £60,000 DOE with excellent benefits.
