We are looking for an amazing EVENT Project Manager to join a great agency based in London! In this role, you will be managing a range of exciting international events & projects (UK/EU/US); whilst growing as a Project Manager in knowledge & experience. With this, you will be: working on a variety of client accounts to understand their brands & event requirements, building creative proposals which excites everyone involved, briefing internal teams & external suppliers, managing project timelines and all elements of project management besides onsite delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience EVENT AGENCY Project Manager, who has managed their own events already (conferences, launches, brand experiences etc), to join an events agency with great culture & team. International experience would be great, but not essential. Salary DOE £35-40k + great benefits including hybrid working (London office). 

We are very excited to be working with this leading events agency who are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join their lovely team based in London. This agency works with a diverse range of clients and delivers an exciting range of large-scale events including conferences, roadshows, virtual events, summits and exhibitions - both in the UK and internationally!  

With this, we are on the lookout for an experienced Event Project Manager or Senior Project Manager who has managed projects end to end themselves, including budgets of £500k-£1m! In addition, as this is a hybrid role, you will be managing client relationships, so a great opportunity to be client facing and build your experience. This agency uses Cvent, so this experience or similar would be great.

This is a particularly exciting opportunity to join a progressive creative events agency based in Central London! Our client delivers a variety of event types across many sectors including conferences, roadshows, experiential events and award shows! They are seeking a capable project manager type ideally with broad event exposure, who can expect to be involved in the full 360 event piece. Naturally organised and efficient you will also be creative and well versed in working alongside production and design teams and have a good understanding of how projects and builds come together. You will often be required to take the lead on your events so you need to be a self-starter and capable of managing project teams as well as the financials. An excellent communicator, you'll be adept at managing your clients through the full delivery process including the initial pitch stage as well as organically developing relationships over the longer term.

* EVENT PROJECT EXECUTIVE - CORPORATE EVENTS AGENCY *

We are working with a busy, fast paced events agency based in London who are currently looking for a Project Executive to join their team (to start in January 2025)! This is an exciting opportunity to support the planning and delivery of UK & international events; whilst learning from the very experienced team around you and growing as an events professional.

Whilst this is an entry level role, we are looking for a Project Executive who has completed an events focused internship or placement year (degree not essential) who wants to progress! Using your experience (ideally which includes delegate management), you will be a key support to the team, supporting in responsibilities from start to finish of the project. You will also be liaising with the client so we are looking for a bubbly, confident person!

This role is based in London 2 days per week/ 3 days pw WFH, when not travelling and being onsite for events. Salary available DOE £28-30k + great benefits.

We have an exciting role for an experienced Venue Sales Manager at a prestigious London Venue. 

For this role, you will need to to drive sustainable growth through boosting sales (proactive & reactive sales) and forging strong relationships with clients, both current as well as developing new ones. You'll need good knowledge of catering industry as well as all aspects of event logistics.   This role enables you to work on a really wide range of events, everything from conferences to weddings. Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must to be able to provide exceptional guest satisfaction.  The ability to propose ideas and liaise closely with the integrated teams to make sure they deliver the event to your client's specification is paramount.

The salary on offer is circa £40,000 with an additional competitive bonus. This role is full-time and you will be expected to be on site every day, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for an experienced, bubbly and passionate Senior Event Manager to join our award-winning client's growing team. You will be working on UK and International events; leading your own team, building incredible corporate client relationships and being hands on from start to finish on a variety of incredible projects. We are ideally looking for someone already at this level with solid conference experience.  You must have events agency experience within the UK and have experience leading a team. This team is based in London 3 days per week and WFH for the remainder of the week (events calendar dependent). It's a great office and the team really support each other.

We are working with an award-winning events agency based in central London who are seeking a super star Event Manager to join their growing team. With a solid track record of successfully working with a wide range of returning clients, this agency offers a flexible working environment - 3 days in the office and 2 from home. The role will involve full end-to-end event management of logistically challenging events (including proposal writing, preparing for pitches, budget management and delegate registration) as well as full client interaction and management. Many of their events are international, so a desire/willingness to travel is essential. If you are looking for an agency where you can really grow, develop and be challenged, then this could well be the role for you.

A great opportunity to join a fantastic event agency where you will be independently managing small projects and supporting the team on larger scale events.  Ideally, you will have experience working in an agency environment, preferably conferences & internal communications.

Our client is looking for someone who has amazing communication skills, is creative, a team player with experience of end-to-end event delivery.  You must be confident liaising with clients and managing key relationships & will be expected to take a brief, prepare proposals including quotes, pitching ideas to clients through to event delivery.

Our client is the global leader on information security thought leadership providing professionals from all sectors with both practical skills and knowledge to run their businesses safely. Focussing on our client's portfolio of high profile summits and conferences throughout the EMEA region this role will be tasked with researching and developing high quality content to ensure such events remain market leading and topical. You'll be capable of designing and writing relevant, dynamic and commercially driven summit programs - including input into program theme and title. You'll also have experience of sourcing and managing speakers working closely with such individuals to ensure the content delivered aligns with the company's objectives and resonates with the target audience, delivering impactful summit programs. An excellent communicator you'll be able to collaborate with the wider internal teams where appropriate to disseminate information to key stakeholders as part of the overall delivery process.

Our client is interested in speaking to candidates with a minimum of five plus years working in a content management capacity as well as similar exposure to speaker sourcing/management. Such experience will have been gained in an events capacity and ideally you'll have a good working knowledge of the EMEA region.

In return you can expect to receive a competitive salary and excellent additional benefits. This role is fully remote based with infrequent requirement to travel to the company's HO, but does come with an extensive overseas travel requirement.
