We are looking for an enthusiastic Conference Producer or Programme Manager to join our commercial event client based in London (flexibility to WFH). This role will be perfect for someone with a keen interest for engineering, journalism, investment banking, legal or the medical sector (amongst others!). You will be tasked with creating engaging content, agendas and discussion points for a range of UK and international event aimed to inspire younger generations. Through existing company relationships, you will be tasked with identifying key speakers, work closely with marketing, operations and sales, besides be onsite for event delivery. Salary for this role DOE £28-30k starting salary.

Our industry leading association client is currently looking for an EVENT EXECUTIVE to join their team based in London (WFH Flexibility)! This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a great range of exciting association events, where you will build on your experience level and be involved in the 360o event cycle. From sourcing venues, contracting suppliers, managing secured speakers and building key relationships, through to being involved in event design, producing event collateral and being onsite for event delivery; this is the perfect next step for an Event Coordinator with association or corporate event experience. Ideally you will also have virtual and live event experience but the client is realistic due to the pandemic restricting live event experience. Salary on offer DOE £25-27k + discretionary bonus!

We are working on a fabulous opportunity for an EVENT PRODUCTION MANAGER to join a respected Association based in London (WFH flexibility), on a 4 day per week part time, permanent basis. Working on a range of webinars, roadshows, conferences, networking events and black-tie dinners; you will be a key member of the team. You will be responsible for working closely with the association's committees and industry experts to create exciting content (for both marketing copy & the events programme), building strong industry relationships to identify & secure key speakers, identifying development opportunities to maximise engagement and manage end to end logistics including event delivery. Whilst the focus is on live events, virtual events still play a key part in the events portfolio; so it is important the successful candidate has virtual event experience. Salary for this role DOE £35-38k for 4 days per week + discretionary bonus.

Senior Event Manager

London / WFH

£280 - £350 per day

This is a key senior role within their Events team who organise a whole range of creative and engaging events aimed at clients and internally too. Events range from seminars, off-sites, corporate hospitality/sponsorship, fundraisers, seminars, conferences, dinners & other bespoke events. You will have a background of running complex, top end events in a banking environment - ideally in global investment banking. Fantastic opportunity for an event specialist with solid Cvent experience to join this leading Private Equity firm. You will be responsible for supporting on and executing a number of virtual events (conferences, seminars/ webinars, due diligence days, training sessions and team building events) along with preparing for in-person events that are now starting to reappear. As part of your role, you will build event registration websites with Cvent for all events that you are managing, ensuring brand guidelines are met as well as managing registrations, and all aspects of the sites.  Experience of running virtual events (mainly via Zoom), together with experience of CRM systems would be highly desirable. Cvent experience essential. 


Head of Events

A fantastic opportunity has just arrived in for an experienced HEAD OF EVENTS to join a commercial conference company delivering UK and US events! This is a unique opportunity where you will have strategic and day to day management over the Sales, Marketing, Content and Operations teams; as well as being hands on with the logistical delivery of each event. It's quality over quantity for this events portfolio, so you would need to be happy doing fewer events per year (don't worry you will still be busy!). Current experience working within a commercial conferencing environment is essential; as is being commercially aware, experience of sales planning, creating marketing strategies, end to end logistics and team management. Content experience is not essential, but would be great if you have it/ are interested in it! This role offers a London office with flexibility to WFH. Salary DOE £50-60k + competitive bonus.


Virtual & Live Events Coordinator

London / Home Working

Do you love technology and virtual events? We are looking for an Events Coordinator who wants to be a virtual event expert, whilst still working on a range of live international events. Working with this great company, you will be supporting on live international conferences (end to end logistics including delivery), whilst managing virtual events,  building virtual events sites, updating websites with event content, working closely with speakers, suppliers & sponsors and being the main point of contact for delegates. This role will be split 2/3 virtual events and 1/3 live events for this role, so a love of technology & virtual events is essential! Based in London with some WFH.
