They are looking for an enthusiastic team player with experience of logistics in the conference/exhibition industry  to assist in the delivery of two large, industry leading conferences and exhibitions happening over the next 2 years. The successful candidate will be assisting the logistics team in organising the full conference logistics including managing  invites, preparing welcome packs, supplier management,  transportation, catering, onsite etc.  There is a lot of travel involved so you will need to be able and willing to travel. This is an exciting role for an enthusiastic and hard working candidate eager to gain a tremendous amount of experience on some large scale events.

Speaker & Programme Co-ordinator (Commercial Events)

They are looking for an enthusiastic team player with experience of logistics in the conference/exhibition industry to assist in the delivery of a conference programme with approx 500 speakers. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the programme  team and will work with the speaker manager in coordinating speaker activity, logistics, speaker queries and general event tasks relating to the programme/speakers. There is a lot of travel involved so you will need to be able and willing to travel.
