As Head of Project Management, you'll work closely with the MD and cross-functional teams to lead process improvement, ensure client satisfaction, and mentor the team. Your expertise in large-scale live events and exhibition builds, budget management, and client relationships will be crucial as you take ownership of SOPs, delivery standards, and resource coordination. You'll also be the go-to escalation point for clients, adding value through strategic thinking and creative problem-solving.

Their office is in London and they really value working/collaborating as a team, with this their "status quo" is 5 days a week with flexi time, the details of which I can talk you through. You will be one of the most senior contacts between internal teams and suppliers/partners e.g. technical, fabrication, operations and logistics,. You will be one of the live teams senior production and technical figureheads.

ROADSHOW MANAGER - 12 MONTH FTC
FINANCIAL ROADSHOW EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL

Great opportunity to join a global bank as a Roadshow Manager on a 12 month FTC based in London. You will be responsible for executing Deal Roadshows, Non Deal roadshows, Credit Updates, Global Investor Calls and Webinars (both virtual and physical). You will need to have significant experience organising Deal related Roadshows and must have a Debt/Fixed Income background. 

Up to £450 per day dependent on experience. 3x pw in office / 2 days pw WFH

You will have a solid event agency / inhouse on brand side background as you will be overseeing the end-to-end delivery including all styling, catering and production elements.

o  Managed large event budgets (min £400k)

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the London office & 2 days working from home and the salary on offer is £55-65,000 DOE with great company benefits.

This is a particularly exciting opportunity for an experienced event operator type to join an established creative events agency based in the southern Home Counties! Our client delivers multiple engagement projects for a well known brand in the automotive sector. The Head of Operations is responsible for the leadership, performance and development of the operations function. Reporting to the Client Services Director, this role sits at the heart of our client's delivery team and is critical to ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality execution of all live events and brand activations.

You will oversee operational delivery across onsite event crews, contractors, logistics, fleet and warehouse ensuring event kits and assets arrive on site on time, in full, and are delivered to the highest standard. This role requires strong project management capability, hands on operational control and the ability to run smooth onsite delivery in fast paced environments.

The candidate must have comparable operational experience ideally gained from an event agency background or having worked for an event supplier/contractor. This is a senior level position within the organisation that will play a leading role in its strategic direction as well as shaping the make-up of the delivery team and how they deliver.

We are looking for someone ideally from an event agency, venue or advertising background who has strong stakeholder management & business development skills.

In this role you will oversee the entire process, delivering outstanding customer service. Supporting your clients throughout all health & safety documentation, negotiating contracts, overseeing all installations through to de-rig and post event analysis.

This is a full-time, hybrid role (3 days a week in office) with a salary circa £60,000 DOE with excellent benefits.
