We are looking for an experienced event professional to join the Event Marketing team of a well-known / respected investment bank. Your responsibilities will include the delivery of EMEA meetings, events, seminars and conferences in live, hybrid and virtual formats. You will have good end to end events experience and be comfortable managing large budgets and working with senior stakeholders. Experience of running a range of virtual events would be desirable. Investment banking experience would be a definite advantage.

We are working with one of the best law firms in the business to find them an outstanding Event Manager to join their team for 12 months. This is an excellent opportunity to be hands on and leading their flagship/ high profile client engagement events. As this is a FTC we are looking for an experienced Event Manager who is currently working within another law firm (preferred) or professional services environment. With this role, you will be managing international VIP events for up to 300 people so attention to detail is key as is international events experience and venue/ restaurant/ supplier knowledge. You will have an excellent team around you, however with your strong experience behind you, you will be taking lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a great team and work on a very exciting events portfolio with big budgets!

This is an excellent hands-on opportunity (no strategy/ line management) which is perfect for someone who simply loves events! As I mention, law firm/ professional services experience is ESSENTIAL. Salary DOE £62-72k. This role offers hybrid working (London/ WFH).

We are working with a fantastic events agency who specialise within the pharma sector, who are currently looking for a passionate EVENTS MANAGER to join their team based in West London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with international pharma brands and to travel the world delivering exceptional events. At this level, you will be joining the team and taking ownership of your events from start to finish including working closely with the clients to build relationships and understand what they are looking for. This is a great 360 role where no two days will be the same.

SENIOR EVENT MANAGER - AGENCY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED **

Do you have an events agency background delivering experiential activations and roadshows for big brand clients? Our industry leading client based in Berkshire is looking for a creative and passionate Senior Event Manager to join their team! This is a great creative opportunity to build, develop and deliver unique brand experiences within a large scale, high profile event (5000 pax +). As this is a senior role within the team, we are looking for someone who can confidently be client facing with the brands and  be hands on (logistics) with the projects themselves. Experience project managing and delivering experiential brand activations and roadshows is essential to be successful in this role.

Salary for this role DOE experience £45-50k with excellent benefits. This role is a FTC January - September 2024 however there may be the opportunity to extend. This company is based in Berkshire 2 days per week, 3 days WFH.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Event Manager to join a well established and highly regarded London based international membership organisation. As part of a small and dedicated team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a large programme of international training and events portfolio including responsibility for the organisation's annual showpiece dinner. Experience of managing multiple events, you will be highly organised, a good team player, confident & adaptable to the diverse needs of a global events programme and a small organisation. The ideal candidate will be adept at 'plate spinning', a great communicator and bring ideas for streamlining processes to the table. Previous experience from a membership organisation is desirable but the client will consider candidates from other backgrounds.

Our in house corporate client is looking for an Event & Marketing Manager to join their team on a FTC whilst they recruit a permanent team member (3-6 months). With this, we are looking for someone with inhouse corporate experience who has experience working on Salesforce.

In this role, you will be working on the project management and delivery of marketing and event projects. You will work closely with senior internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and what they are looking to achieve, then you will be responsible for working with the marketing team to bring to life marketing projects, whilst you lead on complex event management.  This is a great role, with a great team! Salary DOE £60-65k pro rata. It is essential you have Salesforce experience to be successful in this role. 

⭐ SENIOR EVENTS & MARKETING MANAGER - INHOUSE CORPORATE ⭐

We are on the lookout for an experienced, confident and all round lovely, Senior Events & Marketing Manager to join an inhouse corporate client. This is a unique role where you will be working with internal key stakeholders to build relationships, understand what they want to do (events & marketing), suggest and develop ideas with the stakeholders, allocate marketing projects to the team, lead on complex events management and ensure the marketing & events strategies are successfully delivered upon.

As part of this role, you will be line managing 1 - so experience with this is essential. This role is quite a unique one and will allow you to utilise your relationship building, project management, marketing and events skills. Experience delivering marketing strategies to maximise brand awareness & client engagement is essential. Salesforce experience is beneficial but not essential.

As a senior level position within the team, the client is looking to offer £60-65k DOE. This role will require regular monthly travel (UK) and is 3 days per week in the London office/ 2 days pw WFH. CURRENT experience within a corporate events agency (with professional services clients) or inhouse corporate environment is essential to secure this role.
